Here's a little teaser for you guys on our hotel this year~! We have a really great venue with plenty of things within walking distance. Be prepared to never have to get in your car this year's Evil Con!

Richard Horvitz Coming to Evil Con!!!

Guess what, guys! We've got some awesome news to share with you! Richard Horvitz will be joining us for Evil Con!!! Fans of animation will recognize Richard Horvitz as the voice of many iconic characters, including INVADER ZIM, Billy from THE GRIM ADVENTURES OF BILLY AND MANDY, Daggett from THE ANGRY BEAVERS and Alpha 5 from the original MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS. In addition to Richard’s animation work, gamers will recognize him from his many video game roles in such classics as PSYCHONAUTS (RAZ), RATCHET AND CLANK series (Zoni, Pollyx ,Zurgo) DESTROY ALL HUMANS (Orthopox) and SKYLANDERS(Kaos) to name a few. Richard began his acting career on camera and many may recall his role as Alan Eakian in Paramount Pictures 1980’s cult classic SUMMER SCHOOL.

Batkid Is Fighting Crime In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) Dressed in a black Batman costume, his fists clenched as he took on foe after foe around San Francisco, a 5-year-old boy who has battled leukemia for years fulfilled his wish Friday to be his favorite superhero. In the process, Miles Scott became a darling of social media and attracted thousands of fans around the country, including the White House.

This was pretty fantastic. Check out the DOJ indictment of the Penguin and the Riddler for an adorable follow-up.

Big News

...Drumroll...

Evil Con is moving to a new hotel!!!

We've heard your reviews of the Grand Hyatt, and it's been decided that that property is just not a good fit for us. So we packed up and moved.

Where to? The Sheraton Tampa East.

Many of you will already know and love this hotel. But for those of you who don't know, here's the scoop.

Over 30,000 square feet of event space, a kick ass VIP suite, a heated pool, free wifi in guest rooms, free parking, and more!

The Sheraton Tampa East is located at 10221 Princess Palm Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33610.

All other details of the convention will stay the same. Keep an eye out for the new maps and layouts that will be coming soon.

We expect this change to really enhance your experience at Evil Con! We hope you all have the most fun possible while you're with us!

If you had already booked your room with the Grand Hyatt, don't worry. They have cancelled those reservations, and a link to make reservations at the Sheraton (At the exact same price!) will be up within the next few days. Thank you for your patience!
