Btw if you period is late for the first time like ever amd its not usually late try laughing. A lot.
When i was in 8th grade I was at a sleepover with some of my good friends. I was supposed to start my period that Wednesday and it was Friday night. I was absolutely laughing my ass clean off. I went to the bathroom and when I wiped i saw that I had start my period. Obviously I was like "YESSSS!!! FINALLY!!!" I went out and thanked these friends and then went on with evening.
So if your period is unusually late, try hanging out with your friends and laughing really. Really. Hard :)

I may or may not have accidentally therapist/parent friend-ed a little too close to the sun, so now when I know i got a notification but I cant respond to it, my mind immediately goes to "Oh no what if one of my friends needs to vent/ is in dark place/ I need to tell them to not *log out of the server*"

mind fridge
your mind is a fridge. What kind of fridge is it? Be so incredibly specific. I wanna know if you have a special way you have to close the doors, or get ice, etc.
I see a lot of sleep tutorials or wtf their called talking about "letting your mind go" & basically just letting it run crazy til it stops....
The issue is if I even thought about doing that for a second, I would instantly start thinking about stuff that would NOT help me sleep. (Vividly imagining the creatures that lurk in the dark abyss that is my room, thinking about my mental issues, yk?) That's why I listen to p.m. every night; so I can let my mind lock in on that.
T-T I just wanna sleep man...
