i've been phasing the phrase 'google it' out of my vocabulary and going back to 'look it up'. fuck you youve lost your generic trademark privileges
what people don’t understand about how adhd is disabling is that it’s not just getting temporarily distracted from, like, school work or hobbies. it’s getting distracted/being unable to motivate yourself to go to the doctor, eat regularly, do hygiene tasks, etc. it’s not knowing when or how long it will take you to do something, ANYTHING, and in many cases that thing is taking a shower or keeping your house from turning into a biohazard. it’s about being fundamentally incapable of controlling your attention and focus on anything, even and especially things you need to do to survive.
I feel like a lot of people get "All Art is Political" confused with "All Art is made with Political Intentions" which is not the same.
do not forget the patron saint of these weeks that we celebrate ourselves proudly and openly in the streets
her name was Marsha P Johnson, and we have her to thank for so much.
remember, the first Pride was a riot, and she was one of the brave souls who endured it to help carve the path which so many of us walk today. she helped found several activist groups regarding LGBT safety and wellbeing. and she was absolutely radiant, too.
thank you, Marsha. we remember you.
[looking at people younger than me] you have your whole life ahead of you [looking at people older than me] you have your whole life ahead of you [looking at myself] its over
happy pride to my favorite male podcasters (and to the wonderful community around them as well!)
Another thing. I don’t wanna see ROTY discussions from anyone, including Azzi fans until it’s appropriate to talk about it. You can’t call out Olivia miles fans or anyone else’s fans for saying they want their player to win ROTY but then Azzi does something great and now she’s the ROTY. The pick is much more ambiguous this year, meaning it’s not as obvious as it was last year. Paige was always going to win it, the media was pushing Sonia and truly anyone but her…but it was always going to be her. Anyway, it’s been 9 games, the rookies have had great games, and not so great games. They’ve all got great strengths, and things to work on from college. But, rookie of the year already? Get out.

being a kid and hearing adults say stuff like "woah 2011 was 4 years ago haha" didn't really convey the fucking horror of a youtube video crossing my recommended labelled "9 years ago" and it's from 2017. that's not true. 9 years ago is 2010 or something. don't lie.
I loooooove getting rejected. People should reject more. It's the "maybes" and ghosting that's just like too much. A firm but polite "no" is infinitely more respectful of everyone's time and feelings. Can we just do that?
You guys know this is a pretty normal human want and not a special accomdation to be saved for people with autism right?
this pride month we’re all going to be radically pro transgender. or else.
hey so this means radically pro ALL transgender. don’t put limitations on this. all trans people are radically accepted here.
