A couple years ago I had been going through some big life changes, and it sowed a bit of cheeky mental illness in me. At that time, I found a lot of comfort in Resident Evil, specifically Chreon. Issue was, I could not for the life of me draw big buff men, so I hit them with the yuri beam in order to make drawing them a little more accessible to me while developing my skillset.

I deleted everything in a moment of sheer weakness, I was hyper critical of myself and became entirely engrossed in what others thought of my art, putting pressure on myself based off of the numbers, and I needed an out.

It's something I still notice within myself now, but to a lesser degree. I do hope to create more Chreon content genderswap and otherwise cause they still mean a lot 2 me!!
