I really hate the strong black woman stereotype because it allows people to abuse black woman and never gives us time off when we have health issues or mental health problems
BLACK JEWS (…nuff said.)
Reblogging because there are enough people out there who don’t get that Jews come in Al l hues.
Love Black Women
“No one knows for certain how much impact they have on the lives of other peoples. Oftentimes, we have no clue.”

it’s okay to admit you were the toxic one. it is okay to admit you were sick. learn to grow from it.
it’s not only okay to admit that a former version of you, was flawed, but it is necessary for growth. this ground we walk upon is what we will return to. no one is above reproach, not even one’s self
Black women are also the most likely group to be deprived of adequate pain relief in the ER.
A study 2 years ago showed that black people overall get given pain relief only 50% as often as white people.

I do believe I sung at thisbwomam’s funeral with the Morehouse College Glee Club in Atlanta, GA in King Chapel. THIS, was an experience that changed my outlook on life; to not take life as mere fun thing to hold or throw away. Her story tore me up. And him holding his children at the funeral sickened me. People are in this country dying from neglect. Trying to get IN the country dying from neglect. Being refused of basic care and attention. I do hope to impact this nation one day.
