Well, after not going to the gym for 4 days, I went back tonight and I missed it a lot. Tonight's exercise routine: -30 minutes on the elliptical -10 minutes running -10 minutes walking -5 minutes of arm curl ups -5 minutes of sit ups

So yesterday's exercise routine was a little bit different. -I walked one mile (took me about 20 minutes) -I ran one mile (took me about 10 minutes) -then I got on the elliptical for about another 20 minutes. -finally I finished off with walking on the treadmill for another 10 minutes.
After 3 Months
I've finally went back to the gym. Believe me when I tell you it was the biggest struggle just to go. Once I got there and stretched I was ready to get to it.
Started with a good 1.5 miles of running and walking, stretched again, then went on to the weights. Started with the hanging leg lifts, went on to do bicep curls, pec flies, more bicep curls with the bar and cable, then another chest machine. I did two circuits of that then finished off with 15 minutes on the bike.
Drank my protein then came home to a eat some sautéed salmon and stringed beans with lemon. My body is feeling all of the work it is no longer used to.

On Saturday I did my regular exercising routine. Now that I have this blog with Teddy, I will try to have a mixture of different exercises to share with you guys. So, on Saturday I did: -10 set of 10 of arm curls. -10 sets of 10 of stomach crunches -walked a full mile (took me about 20 minutes). -ran a full mile (took me about 10 minutes). Since I have started school I will try to go to the gym as much as possible so I can keep this thing updated. Teddy will also keep an update of his routine to share.
