Another Sunday another garbage clean up! ♻️🌏 • The whole idea of trash is intriguing, it’s stuff people once wanted, and now no longer want. • So it’s disregarded, thrown aside and left behind! • But if they don’t want it why would they think that anybody else wants it? Especially a bunch of sea creatures? What use do they have for bottle caps, cigarette butts and straws? • Absolutely nothing! • It’s intriguing, because, why do it then? Stupidity, carelessness, ignorance? • Who knows... But I know that there is something I can do about it. Waste out there can be recovered, piece by piece! There are solutions to all of life’s problems. I 🖤 weight training! Especially when it feels like it is going well, no major shoulder injuries or fatigue, I haven’t had a drink in months and no medications. • Feels amazing to get in the gym and move the body around, and add some resistance to it. The whole process is magical when you actually stop and think about it. • Exercises + weights + gravity + muscles = 💯 results! • Everything in life feels better when you are exercising, whichever modality you choose, the result is the same. Better mood, sleep, physical appearance, confidence, you name it, if this was a pill you would take it. • But it’s better this way that you have something to go and do with your time. The best things in life are achieved through effort. If it came easily it wouldn’t be as valuable to you. And every bozo would look and feel this good. Exercizen just did their first massage! Look I know it’s Friday night but I love this, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I finished clinic last week and this was my first massage since and to be honest I have been missing it all a week. You know when you start on a new journey and it feels like every step is in the right direction. That’s where I’m finally at! • And the best part is, is that I can finally earn a living doing something I actually enjoy as compared to all those other jobs I’ve ever had. • I don’t care what time it is or day, if you want a massage give me a call at any hour, even 3am, and if I answer you’re in luck otherwise the phone is on aeroplane mode. I just completed my Cert IV in Swedish Massage 💆‍♂️🏆 • That was 92 hours and 50 clients at the Randwick Intuition Clinic and many more at the 2018 Port Macquarie Iron Man Triathlon. • For anybody who knows me well, I have been dealing with excessive musculoskeletal problems for a long time - 5+ years. I have had every dysfunction under the sun and it has driven me to all out war with inflammation, knots adhesions etc. • I hate the stuff. I don’t think anybody enjoys it and now I get to help others out. Did I say I hate pain, but what I haven’t said is, is that I love getting rid of it more! I honestly believe that I am more passionate than anybody I have ever met about this and fortunately I am dedicating myself to helping others achieve a life free of unnecessary hurt (some pain is good for you, but not the kind that gets in the way of your happiness). • I start the Diploma of Remedial Massage at the end of the month.
