The reference here is to the Scorpio troll. She is themed heavily around spiders, has roleplayed extensively as a pirate, and has a robot arm. The final two images are reaction images.

The main homestuck reference is the time, 413. It corresponds to April 13th, the day Homestuck started, which also shows up several times in the comic. The other reference is about names. Most characters were named by fan submissions, and the first character was named on his 13th birthday, leading to a joke where all characters were named when they turned 13. Since the name joke is a minor reference, this probably would not have been mistaken for homestuck if the time stamp wasn't 4:13.
