Mkay so you know how your palms sweat nitroglycerin? Well if you have nitroglycerin in a high enough concentration to detonate, then it would also adversely affect your blood pressure and make it rlly low. Did your body adapt to that so it doesn't bother you or do you need meds? I'd think there's at least some adaption bc you'd have to have a lethal amount of nitroglycerin in your body to set off explosions of the size you do. But is it entirely immune? Do you need meds?
