There are days when the meaning is lost, nights when I fall asleep with tears in my eyes because I don't know how to talk to people and moments filled with dreams of a future that may never become reality.

But let's not forget, people say that what you dream about extremely strongly is your future, is your reality.

Part on my self healing journey, that I want to start doing from such a long time, is to write down my emotions. After I am done I will burn these papers, put the ashes in a jar and when I feel the right moment, I will throw them somewhere beautiful. Mostly for a symbol of that old me, that is dead now and also the memory of her, but the lesson that I learned will be remembered.

My personal recommendation and opinion : As someone who suffers from acne, I do not recommend buying the Ice cube mold. The idea that I will icing my face with an ice cube and then put it back in the freezer or add some water to the mold and not be able to disinfect it the right way definitely turned me off the idea of ​​buying this product. But this is my opinion on this product, everyone has a different experience.
