Trauma-specific Affirmations:
These are a list of affirmations for coping with trauma and the challenges that can come with it. I have found these to be helpful particularly after nightmares, or hard days. Once again these are kept vague so they can be helpful to anyone who needs them. If you struggle or dislike one or several of these, feel free to change it, ignore it or rephrase it. I understand that affirmations of this type can be challenging and it’s super important to be gentle with yourself through healing.
