A few things to take away from this great moment:

1) Jammer zen + good footwork = conservation of energy

2) Don’t try to block with your friend by reaching with your arms, staying on your toe stops, and not seaming up. You want to be together at the hips at the very least, hips + torso ideally, and moving laterally on your edges, not your toe stops.

Otherwise you get to watch a good jammer twirl or bash right by you. :)
