Welcome to exy confessions! This is an account inspired by @exy-conspiracies, but run by someone else (@joanofexys) in an effort to redirect all in-universe but non-conspiracy related asks to a new account!

This account is intended for people to send in-universe based confessions about anything exy related almost as if you were participating in a real sports fandom

Asks will be put on a queue and posted frequently that way. Asks don’t have to be anonymous but anon is on and can help the account feel more in universe. You’re more than welcome to send asks responding to other confessions and reblog and comment “in character”

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand The Foxes. Their humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical exy viewer’s head. There’s also Neil's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they’re not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike The Foxes truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Andrew's existential catchphrase “i hate you,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as David Wymack's genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a PSU tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

Man I’m an athletic scholarship student at EAU and I gotta thank the Foxes for their impact in exposing the whole abuse scandal thing with the Exy team because it’s the first time in over twenty years that more than, like, 3 cents some pocket lint and a dream have gone to Literally Any Other Sport team. Like it’s messed up that that’s what it took but it is so nice to not have to like. Pay for your own bus ticket on a regular Grayhound to get to out of town games 💀 I am not exaggerating with that (okay maybe a little. It was only once, usually we had a chartered bus).

I’m kinda friends with some of the vixens and I heard them complain that neil josten is an asshole for rudely turning one of them down and this seems to be kind of a Thing? several people have mentioned to me that Neil will turn them down very rudely or will just leave without answering

honestly, respect, it’s kind of fucking hilarious. I actually saw it happen at the library cafe yesterday and the poor barista asked for his number and he said, “you don’t need my number for my coffee, I’ll be waiting here like everyone else” and dropped a $10 bill on the counter and left to wait for his drink without another word. poor girl was too stunned to say anything else

Hi!! I hope this is anonymous. I’ve always felt too scared to share this anywhere but I was drinking in the same bar that Seth Gordon was the night that he died. Everyone thinks I’m bullshitting when I say this but I’ve been around enough high people to know that he wasn’t on anything that night, he was only drinking, and he kept telling people that he was glad that his final season was the one where things had finally gotten interesting. He was actually looking forward to playing with Neil Josten. I don’t know. His death, suicide, whatever, has always rubbed me up the wrong way because I saw him that night. That was a man excited to be alive.
