Wow I respect him so much for saying this!
The way she is being treated is unspeakable. It makes me ache. I want to just look at how beautiful, talented, lovey, gorgeous, kind, funny, and genuine she is. So here is a Leslie Jones appreciation post.
*wipes tear* shes so…cute and pretty and gorgeous and funny i just
I’m ganna be real when I first saw her on SNL I thought she was ganna be a token black comedian that they tossed a few sketches to but she is AMAZING she’s funny she’s beautiful and she’s representing women but more importantly BLACK women! And the way she’s being treated isn’t new and sadly not surprising… I want more for her! I want recognition for her talents
Where are her costars.
Oh, the Places You’ll Go! Ethiopia Edition.
To make my Peace Corps journey even more special, I was lucky enough to explore so much of the beauty that I’m sure will have tourists putting Ethiopia on the top of their bucket lists for years to come. From the Great Rift Valley in my backyard to the ancient rock-hewn churches in Lalibela, and the Blue Nile Falls outside of Bahir Dar to the lakes of the South, the places my feet took me in the place I’ve called my home over the past two years were absolutely breathtaking. And I hope that one day my feet will lead me back here. ♡
One of the things that fans have responded to is the way the show very matter-of-factly treats the diversity of the human experience, particularly in terms of sexual orientation. It’s also very sympathetic to people whose lives aren’t exactly normal. What’s that like playing such a cross-section of people, and do you feel that there’s an importance to that within the show?
It’s something that I’m most proud of on our show, especially that it’s through the eyes of a woman and the experiences of a woman. But also, I feel like nowadays it’s so important for us to remember the things that connect us, and the things that make us human, and the same, as opposed to this idea that we’re different and should be separate. There’s such a divide right now in terms of politics, in terms of people. There’s so much fear of the other, so much hatred. So I’m really proud that our show never really vilifies anybody, that everyone has a humanity and that everyone has vulnerability, and needs, and wants love, and deserves love, regardless of what they’ve done or who they are.
The way that we treat sexuality is something I’m extremely proud of and that I’m very political about as well. One of my favorite lines of our show is when Cosima says, “My sexuality isn’t the most interesting thing about me.” That to me is so important to drive home, to remember that as much as Cosima represents a large community of people, she is more than her sexuality. She’s defined by her intelligence and her desire to learn and her knowledge of science, her huge compassion and her huge heart, her flaws and her selfishness. She doesn’t just sit as this archetype and that is something that I feel really proud of and excited by.

Pet Peeves: Men Who Are Uncomfortable With Their Sexuality
How did she do that with her eyes that’s fucking neat
If bitch ever ask me how that nigga look and all that sucker shit she getting popped in the throat . dont ask me about no dude hoe !!
Hmmm very violent for no reason at all. Like, you can acknowledge if someone is generally good looking or ugly as fuck without wanting to fuck them. Further more you gone hit a woman for asking your opinion? Okay.
LOL Men are so fragile and violent.

A Bridge House Over a Pond
Newberg Residence by Cutler Anderson Architect is single-family 1,440 square foot residence and 550 sf guest house designed to broaden the owners’ already strong emotional connection to the living world. The site was an overgrown, man-made pond in an area of the owners’ farm that was not conducive to cultivation.
The design attempts to make the pond and residence a single entity in which the owners can enjoy and connect with the wild creatures that come to the water on both regular and varied schedules. To this end, the building was placed as a bridge across the north end of the pond. The pond itself was enlarged and loosely ordered to integrate with the structure of the residence.
