ranting about grief

grief always sucks. because suddenly there's a birthday that before you wouldn't have thought about more than just sending a card and a text. and a random date where you remember the entire world crashing down. and now celebrations are another day where you sit with the weight of what you lost and there's just nothing you can do about it. and this goes on for the rest of your life.
