Whether it be through a sudden newfound appreciation of classical music or an irrational crush he can't shake, Oscar finds that the main violinist of the musical, Nina Reyes, does not leave his mind even after he's left the theatre. Lily suggests that he shoots his shot. Logan backs her up. Lando makes fun of him. None of that matters, because Nina replies, and what blossoms from there is more than Oscar could've imagined.

Summary:
This fic begins in the immediate aftermath of the 2025 F1 season. Lewis is at home, which, in this case, is in Switzerland, because he and Sebastian have been together since mid-2020. Lewis is just trying to live his life when he gets a call from Keke essentially begging him to talk to Nico, who is about to have major surgery. Lewis isn't convinced that's a good idea, but Seb thinks he should do it, so he does.
Nico is struggling with a fairly rare neurological disorder and definitely did NOT ask his father to call Lewis. But since Lewis is in his flat, and willing to actually talk, Nico's not going to waste that opportunity. By the time Lewis goes back to his flat (where Seb has deigned to stay, for the moment) he's having A Lot of Emotions. Over the next ten days, while spending time with Nico, he and Seb decide to go to Germany for the surgery. Afterward, when Lewis is having a crisis about going back to the factory, Seb takes Nico back to Switzerland (with his permission, it's not a kidnapping) to help with recovery.
While Lewis is working his way through the first part of the year (up through Miami, epilogue is most likely Monaco), Nico is meeting Lewis's cows and doing his best to get back to feeling somewhat like himself. Seb is trying to figure out how they all work together.

I prefer visual. I think podficcers are amazing, but my brain struggles to process podfics, so it's hard for me to give any kind of meaningful feedback. That said, if you want to pod this, bless, I will love you for you work.
Content Notes:
I don't think there's anything big in this fic that I haven't already mentioned. Nico is struggling with language processing/feeling like he's losing parts of himself. I think that and the tags above cover everything that might be an issue.
General Notes:
There's a lot of what I would call "quiet" in this fic. Lewis spends time letting Nico nap on him, because Nico has a hard time lying down. Seb finds things to do with Nico that don't involve language, e.g., puzzles, listening to instrumental music. He cooks for Nico because Nico is having trouble finding food he can comfortably eat. Nico really does hang out with the cows from time to time. Toward the end, the three of them adopt a Norwegian Forest mix of kitten. There's just a lot of domesticity, I would say.

This is the story of a fight to get back three of the surviving drivers after the worlds gone to shit. Charles is struggling with the long-term side affects of his head injury, Lando is still moving on a badly sprained ankle, George is recovering from a stab wound in his shoulder and Max is barely on his feet after being shot and somehow managing to beat an infection, leaving Daniel as the only person who's not sporting a serious injury.
It's an uphill battle to be sure.
the fic is split into two parts and three povs, done intentionally to mirror the characters mindsets. Probably the most fast paced fic in the series as well. Part 5 of a post-apoc series, Dreamland.

Summary:
Pierre goes to a magic-themed nightclub and is immediately captivated by DJ Lando who has massive prismatic wings. All of the staff are leaning into the magic theme and wearing elaborate wing costumes. Pierre and Lando dance, Pierre gives Lando his name, and Lando takes him to a back room for some fade-to-black mind-blowing sex.
Over the next week, Pierre realizes he didn’t just tell Lando his name, he gave it to him. He goes back to the nightclub and strikes a new deal with Lando to retrieve a magical item from an ex of Lando’s in exchange for his name. Pierre goes to Max V (a vampire) who wants something from Lewis (a witch) who wants something from Flavio (a devil) etc. etc. etc. until Pierre manages to reach Charles (his own best friend who Pierre didn’t know was a shape-shifting dragon) and triggers the dominos to fall in the other direction.
Meanwhile, Lando is hanging around, offering help to Pierre, taking him out on dates, and getting to know him. Pierre knows he’s supposed to be annoyed since Lando took his name, but can’t help falling for this eager, charming, silly Fae who’s hiding in plain sight with his nightclub.
In essence, this is a modern-day magical fetch quest where Pierre is running around and discovering magical beings where he least expects it. He makes friends and learns new things about old friends and falls in love and maybe (just maybe) finds a bit of magic inside of himself.

Summary:

Along comes Kimi, a famous Formula 1 racing driver from Finland, who spots him lying on a park bench, drunk and all alone.
When Sebastian wakes up the next morning, he finds himself in an apartment he doesn’t recognise away from home. He meets Kimi, and the two get to know each other and go out together around the province, all while Kimi has no idea that Seb is from royalty.
Meanwhile in Germany, the whole kingdom realises that Sebastian is missing, and a widespread search is conducted around the country. As the search turns from days into weeks and into months, Seb and Kimi’s bond grows stronger and stronger.

General Notes:
This fic is based on the 1953 romantic comedy film Roman Holiday. The tone of the film is mainly very feel-good and fluffy with very little high-stakes moments shot in and around Rome. It contains a lot of fun moments such as the Mouth of Truth scene and riding a Vespa around the city. The two main characters Princess Ann and Joe Bradley, played by Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck respectively, first meet as strangers and develop a budding friendship, which then gradually turns romantic much later on.
In my fic, I will be using plot elements from the film and have it all set in Maranello and the Emilia-Romangna region as a whole instead of Rome. Seb will play the role as Princess Ann (A prince in this case) and Kimi will play Joe Bradley, though I’ve switched professions to him being an F1 driver instead of a news reporter like in the film to go along with the Maranello setting.
There are moments of flirting and kissing in my fic, though no explicit sexual content is ever shown or addressed. Kimi smokes a cigarette and both he and Seb drink alcohol.

Summary:
Non drivers AU. George came to Monaco wide-eyed and hopeful as an aspiring model, ready to get through casting calls and dreaming of magazine covers and a better life away from sad, rainy England. Seven years later, he’s still in the sunny city, though the dreams are long gone. He works in the Roi de Pique, a respected gentleman’s club just under the Hôtel de Paris, mostly frequented by wealthy businessmen. Those come in with investors, peers and business partners to negotiate contracts, to be seen and to keep the Monégasque game of names, fame and money going.
Though far from what he’d hoped for, the Roi isn’t bad. What he does there isn’t exactly different from modelling, in a sense, using his body as a way to sell, to convince, to sway. It’s as close to a home as George could have. He’s made friends here, Lando and Alex at the top of the list. He works well, the club's shareholders and his regular clients are pleased and complimentary of what he does, most of the time. He’s settled. There’s no need to go against any rule and to think of anything else but the life he has now.
At least he’s convinced of that until Toto Wolff drags in a new business partner. The second he walks in, Max Verstappen breaks from everything George has seen in the city in a long time. After following the Roi’s rules to the letter since he came in, fully aware of the rules of the game at play here, George suddenly finds himself tempted to throw them, especially the most important one there is: do not fall for a client.
Or: George is a sex worker in Monaco, used to the game played by wealthy businessmen in the club he works in, in which he’s long accepted he’s only a pawn. Max Verstappen, a newcomer to the city after taking over parts of his father’s business, is eager to bend the rules to his own will to get to where he wants to be.

Cigars and alcohol mentions. Discussions of consent inherent to sex work. Though George consents to sexual activities, he’s tied to his job by a contract, which implies delicate dynamics and power imbalance between him and Max, who’s a client and uses the services he provides. Sexual content is only described in details between George and Max, the rest is brief mentions. Body-image issues, as well as self-esteem issues are brought up through the fic.
General Notes:
The story focuses on George, the life that he’s accepted for himself even if it isn’t the one he’d have wanted, and how he’s willing to sacrifice happiness, comforted by steadiness, dreading the thought of admitting defeat. 2019 rookies all work at the club, Alex is a bartender, Lando and George hosts. They lived together at some point though Alex has moved out recently to live with his girlfriend. Lando fell for Carlos, a customer, though Carlos is in an established relationship with Charles (endgame landoscar). The whole story is rather introspective about power imbalance between those with money and privileges and those working to please them, and Monaco’s social strata.
Visually, the Roi de Pique, where most of the story takes place, is an extension of Monaco’s Hotel de Paris + Casino. Art Nouveau/Belle Epoque main lounge, dark varnished wood, red drapes, dim lights, live musicians. Tucked behind red velvety drapes are doors leading to quieter rooms, ones customers can rent and offer as gifts to their business partners. These rooms can be used for various activities that could help with negotiations and business-related decisions/relations: private wine and liquor tasting, cigar/smoke rooms, poker and other money/card games, or sexual favors. George and the other hosts wear a uniform (dress shirt, waistcoat). The chapters are named after poker hands and there are plenty of card game-related metaphors throughout the story. George sees different birds along the way, reminding him of his own position/lack of freedom. One chapter has George and Max on a yacht, the rest is Monaco/club centric.

For years, Lando had imagined this moment. Every driver did. They had all grown up with the photos, listening to champions’ barely concealed elation and interviewers’ borderline worship. Champion’s wings matched the trophy now, white and silver and pale gold, gleaming under the bathroom lights. Every set looked different, was the thing, even year to year for the same driver. Lando’s looked right at first glance, more golden on the underside like Seb’s had been during his championship years with Red Bull, but not as harshly pinned back, more open. The feathers felt exactly as they should have, resting against his hand like spun glass.
Except for the fact that he could see his fingers through them. They were translucent like stained glass, like something only halfway there.
Like something only halfway earned, a voice in his head supplied darkly.

Content Notes:
Lando is in physical and emotional pain for the first half of this fic, overwhelmed by circumstances that aren’t his fault. No gore, no real medical care given, but he’s in physical discomfort for twelve hours or so with a fever and burning body aches. Max briefly describes his pain over the phone.
Everything else is gloriously sweet and smutty. Happy ending.
General Notes:
Visuals include fantastical champions’ wings with a short cameo of Max’s wings via video call. Exclusively takes place in Lando’s luxurious Monaco flat. Very soft and caring Landoscar portrayed in various scenes of comfort. This will be a companion fic to an already published work.
