i use soap2day almost exclusively it's great as well as wcostream for anime/cartoons. lots of people are saying not to use pirate bay bc it's full of viruses which is.....sort of true. it's usually fine for video files but software is where it gets sketchy. just be careful. I'd read up on torrenting before going there but from the little I've learned "be smart, dont just trust any torrent, read comments and be on the lookout for green/pink skulls, those are trustworthy"

i do find the omegaverse kind of fascinating conceptually. adding an aditional trinary on to our already complex sex and gender dynamics could do so much to your worldbuilding if you lean into it and explore the evolutionary and societal implications of it all. unfortunately telling people "im interested in the sex universe for the worldbuilding potential" is not very convincing no matter how you phrase it.

Perhaps this is an obnoxious take on my part, but video games should, above all things, prioritize the ability of being paused. At any point. Regardless of whether it's during a cutscene, a special animation, or a time-based puzzle. You never know when you're gonna get a phone call, or someone will need you in another room, or you get a sudden urge to go to the bathroom, or you hear your cat licking plastic, or whatever. Other entertainment mediums like books, movies, and music can be paused whenever you want. Why do some games not give you the same luxury??

this is definitely not an obnoxious take and should be the standard for all games

I want to highlight specifically the cutscene one since a lot of games that allow pausing regularly will still only allow you to 'skip cutscene' instead of pause and that is literally what I would not want to do if I were wanting to pause a cutscene

in addition, cutscenes should be rewatchable anyways along with a dialogue history but I'll take pausing on cutscenes first

Batman not understanding why he's THAT protective over the Wayne boys and that's his tip off. He's protective over all children, of course, but it's different. Possessive in a way that he can only explain as paternal

Likewise Bruce is terrified for Nightwing even though he's an extremely skilled experienced vigilante and an adult, so he can't explain it away as easily as his fear for Robin. And when he questions himself about it he thinks "I'll always worry, he's my little boy" in a mental voice deeper than his own but not quite the bat's growl

Exactly!!!!! Because you cannot split Bruce Wayne from Batman or Batman from Bruce Wayne! They’re intrinsic parts of either person. Neither is the “mask.”

(now I’m imagining split!Bruce Wayne getting possessive about his city in a voice that he shouldn’t have, to a Batman who is watching Bruce Wayne’s children joke with each other with an affection that goes beyond duty and The Mission…)

I need Batman and Bruce to get magically split into different people and not know they're the same person. They DESPISE each other (self-loathing woooo) but have NO idea why. Just a very intense gut-feeling. Borderline about to throw up just looking at the other's face

This is hilarious and I don’t want to take away from it by being angsty, but now I’m thinking of a situation where they’re split in half and think they’re separate people but something just doesn’t add up.

Bruce Wayne knows how to move in ways he shouldn’t. Batman keeps thinking of things only Bruce Wayne would know or care about (his kids, his butler, etc) and they both slowly come to the realization that the split wasn’t a split. There is no Batman without Bruce Wayne, and vice versa.

Trying to cleave one from the other is simply impossible, and the two halves hate each other not because their whole self hated themself, but because they are both pretending that they don’t need the other. That the other half doesn’t exist. And that harms them in either direction; Bruce Wayne needs Batman, and Batman needs Bruce Wayne. One isn’t better than the other. Greater than the other.

Imagine Riddler in a jail holding cell with a bunch of other guys, but he’s slightly hard of hearing and keeps mistaking “rizz” for “riddle.”

goon handcuffed to a bench: yeah I like the new intake guy. seems like a hit with all the lady cops…man has rizz, I’ll tell ya that

Riddler: he has riddles?

goon: he has rizz

Riddler: I see, he has one riddle.

goon to other goon next to him: what’s he mean, riddles?

other goon: …he likes them? I don’t fuckin’ know, he was up in processing calling himself Riddler or something

You've probably gotten something similar to this, but imagine a scenario where a magic user curses the batfam, and the metaphorical "blood on their hands" is shown as red stains starting from the fingertips and slowly spreading with a higher kill count. With Bruce's time in the LoA, his entire arm is drenched in red, and he's trying his best to cover it up.

I think both his arms are red up to the shoulder, buddy. Working with the League didn’t just mean taking people out individually — their work resulted in thousands dead, even if Bruce didn’t pull the trigger himself.

I’m not sure he would try to hide it for long. Eventually you just stand there and let your sins show. Blood dripping down your arms onto the floor. His expression is blanker than blank. He’s always felt this way, but now he’s resigned to seeing it actually manifest as blood.
