Recall that back in episode 14, Rei wasn't able to see the Cures after they got transported to their lil pocket dimension to fight.

The same thing happened with Eriza in episode 21.

So why is Kurea the only civilian so far that can see what's really going on...

i find it interesting that 3/4 candidates had a memento that ended up containing a Makoto jewel but Kurea did not and the closest thing we got was her boss' picture. Almost as if Kurea has no memories to hold onto
