"hai". she replied back, "I decided to move here and create my own future for myself, but since I have not been around her much I cant remeber where things are".
To create her own path in life ... huh. D-ne could respect that, despite having an ideal much different. This girl had boldness and motivation that D-ne couldn't imagine.
"That's alright," D-ne reassured, "Asking for a little help now and then isn't a bad thing." The violette smiled as they rounded a corner and continued down the street.
"The subway station should be coming up soon. You have a train pass, right?"
Studying was becoming a bore. Hopefully the school year would end quickly.
[ kyun kyun munday ]
♪—”Hai”. the female spoke up quickly and followed her, grateful she was helping her , Haruka spoke up “ano.. have you lived in Toshi for a long time Miss D-ne?” —♪
"Not terribly long. Just a month," D-ne answered promptly. She tossed a simple smile over her shoulder at Haruka before asking, "Did you just move in?"
She's so cute, like a doll // D-ne + Rena
She’s been staring at this girl for quite sometime. Suppressing whatever urge she had to lift her up and take her back home- reminding herself of C-ta’s scolding very well.
Do no kidnap people anymore, got it?
Well, that was just the first portion, only remembering the second bit about actually talking to someone who looked cute- instead of kidnapping them. So she slowly approached the girl who dressed herself like a doll.
"U-Uhm… W-Would you like… to.. uhm… hang out.. uhm.."
This was worse than kidnapping…
D-ne couldn't shake the feeling that she was being stared at. Normally D-ne was pretty unflappable, but a persistent chill kept creeping up her spine and rendering her anxious. She was uncharacteristically tense, holding her pencil with white knuckles and subtly bounding her foot under the bench she sat at. She couldn't do her homework like this..! But she didn't want to risk looking around in case those around her thought she looked suspicious. D-ne was the type to linger in the background, not draw attention to herself.
Yet someone's attention was directly on her... She was sure of it! She had no other reason for feeling this paranoid!
As soon as she pulled together the resolve to stand and leave the area, the brunette who snuck up to her side spoke and D-ne nearly jumped out of her skin. The violette didn't make a sound, rather jerking to look up at the other girl with wide eyes, but she was visibly surprised by the other, despite her soft voice and stuttering.
Releasing a breath, D-ne peered at the brunette reluctantly.
"Well, I..." she started, voice trailing away. D-ne took a moment to lick her lips and straighten up. "I was just doing ... my homework... Perhaps another time...?"
♪—Haruka nodded her head “Hai.. its nice to meet you.. Miss D-ne..” she gave a smile and then looked around her, to make sure her little sitter and her two head maids in the household was not following her, that was a habit that they had, both maids of the Nogizaka household liked to follow lady Haruka, by her fathers orders and by, being disruptive in her daily life, even though Haruka was the next Heir to the Nogizaka family, she wanted to leave the mansion she was raised in and start a new.
"ano.. if you could please.. I would be veary grateful if you could show me too the train station, I am very new to this city.. please forgive me though if I am being a bother for you".—♪
D-ne blinked when Haruka looked around and she did the same. What exactly was the girl looking for..? D-ne didn't notice anything unusual around them, so she figured Haruka was perhaps a nervous-type. Whatever the case may be, D-ne didn't necessarily want to dawdle.
"No, no, not at all. The nearest subway station should be ... near the drugstore." D-ne turned her head, mapping out where that would be in her head before she pivoted on her foot. Gesturing for Haruka to follow, she smiled slightly. "This way."
♪—Its Basil Apt. O wait.. gomen .. I’m such a baka, my name is Haruka.. Haruka Nogizaka.. its nice to meet you”. she bowed her head— ♪
.
"It's nice to meet you, Nogizaka-san. My name is D-ne," she replied, ducking her head slightly in return. Basil Apartments, huh... It took a moment before D-ne recognized the name and nodded. "Basil is one of the newer apartment buildings. They're not very far away. Maybe a five-minute bus ride? I can show you to the nearest bus stop, if you don't know where one is."
"ano.. im new to toshi city.. can you help me?" Haruka looked at her shyly.
"Oh— … Sure. Are you … looking for anything in particular?"
"well.. my dorm actually". Haruka sighed.
"Well, it depends where it is... I haven't been all over the city, but I might know where it is. What building do you live in?"
Fancy meeting YOU here. || C-ta & D-ne
Why?
Throwing her a look that could only be described as ‘are you stupid’, C-ta laughed to overthrow the connotations of his expression to those around them. Wasn’t it obvious? When they were in a club together, she’d entered by simply asking, and he hadn’t felt the need to retort to that because it had been so obvious at the time. Her fascination with B-ko had shone through the more they spent time together, which he found pleasure in, because with the dark haired girl around, he could only appreciate how she acted as a distraction. If it had just been B-ko, A-ya and himself, he could only imagine it would be a room of yells and teasings and annoyance towards the brunette’s increasingly direct involvement with his childhood friend.
He hated to admit it, but perhaps that would actually tie in here, too. So far, he hadn’t really noticed how B-ko and A-ya had interacted, but if they were to get closer, that would surely be a disaster, right?
But no, that wasn’t quite the reason he had asked. Why had she moved here, in the first place? To see B-ko? Did she know they’d all assembled there? His scepticism was based around his mistrust in the dreaded woman before him, so he had every reason to question why in the world she had chosen now to appear.
"I wouldn’t call it interest! It’s more along the lines of, isn’t it weird that D-ne has shown up now, of all times?" His lips widened. "It’s almost as though you’re stalking B-ko-chan."
What an annoying man.
D-ne did her damnedest not to let her eye twitch at that thinly-veiled accusation C-ta made. Instead, she exerted her irritated energy through another giggle, covering her lips with her palm like a proper girl would. The outlet worked -- a little. At least she could maintain a pleasant face. That's all that really mattered when talking to C-ta.
"Does it really seem that way? Funny! That's really funny!" she laughed, hand falling until her elbow was cupped in her opposite palm. "But don't you think that it's creepy that all of us are here? I mean -- you moved her first, I assume. Then B-ko, then A-ya, and now me? A-ya-kun doesn't strike me as the stalker-type."
Though he is creepy, she thought.
Shaking her head slightly, D-ne closed her eyes. "Honestly, you have hard feelings against me still, don't you? Being so suspicious will ruin that nice-guy facade you put on, C-ta-kun." Smiling at the brunet, D-ne's eyes glinted with mischief. It was time to tick this guy off.
It was tradition!
"What do you mean by 'of all times'? Don't tell me my being here is going to ruin your little reunion with A-ya-kun, is it? Think of it as beneficial; I can distract him while you root around his apartment. Must be difficult to trust him and B-ko-chan alone so you can fulfill your little fantasies, huh?"
"ano.. im new to toshi city.. can you help me?" Haruka looked at her shyly.
"Oh— … Sure. Are you … looking for anything in particular?"

Lunchtime Surprise || D-ne & B-ko
The crowds did get overwhelming, and how did she honestly hate all the two-faced nitwits that followed her around, beckoning for her attention. Albeit, she loved that attention, as it showed her mask to prove its duty well. That did not change her low-tolerance level on the inside, to all the other students though.
Thus, once she had broken free, B-ko was fast traveling to hide out from the crowd, settling behind a stairwell and opening up her lunchbox. One thing, she had grown used to since her move here though, was being alone when she did this, so, when D-ne crept out of nowhere and spoke up to her, B-ko jumped in her skin.
Blinking fast, it took her a bit to realize that D-ne was wanting to join her, much like she used to back in their hometown. Nodding her head, the brunette went back to her food, squishing a bit more into her little nook, so that she wasn’t entirely next to the purplette.
”.. I.. Wasn’t expecting you to come and find me, D-ne..”
D-ne, smiling, released an airy giggle upon the brunette's answer.
"You're rather predictable to someone who knows you better than the rest, even if only slightly." She knew much more about B-ko than the faceless crowds around her -- much, much more. It was safe keeping that information from the brunette as she seemed so uneasy around D-ne... A shame, really. They had gotten along rather well before, hadn't they? Or maybe their time apart just opened D-ne's eyes to disappointment.
The violette sat herself down along the wall, carefully setting the bag of snacks down on the pavement between them. She left B-ko plenty of room, noticing the way she squirmed away at her appearance. That action left a shard of hurt in D-ne's chest, but she could ignore it for now.
"I'm afraid I haven't gotten around to supplying myself to make my own lunches yet," D-ne confessed, voice smooth like silk. Casual conversation wasn't her strong suit -- she was much more adept at listening -- but she managed to remain unassuming and friendly around B-ko. "All I have is this junk food. A~h, too bad..."
Turning her head to smile at the brunette, D-ne opened the wrapping around a danish and asked, "How are you today, B-ko-chan?"
