My favorite thing about this new short film, “Memories,” is that it confirmed some very important things for me:

Vein does in fact use eyeliner (I know, so obvious, but maybe his eyes were just naturally that pretty. Envious of how good he is)

2. Xia Fei is a goofy disaster – I mean, Bridon arc gave hints, but just look at him (love this for us, he would make such a good addition to the main friend group, if only he hadn't fallen in with the wrong crowd).

And look how sweet this is. Xia Fei and Liu Xiao getting along and cute dinner meet ups?? Are we sure these guys could be the villains? They look so nice!

(And gentleman, why are we all standing so close? What is going on here? *smirking and wiggling eyebrows*)

I’ll admit, even though my main men aren’t in this (tragic), I’m into it. 

But let's be clear, you can't just use Dive Back in Time and sweet moments to make me forget what y’all have done!!

And don’t think I missed this! Because is that Lu Guang actually making an appearance?? In a pool of Cheng Xiaoshi’s blood??? And who is this guy at the table with Vein? Because maybe it's Xia Fei and it's stylistic, or maybe it's some randos, but it kinda looks like 4 depressed Lu Guangs (so just 4 typical Lu Guangs?). Maybe it's his past selves who have all failed, sitting at a table with the man who’s destroyed his happy home. 

Yea, your sweet little villain propaganda movie won't fooled me, I know what y'all are (also, I love that even when they show a softer side, Vein is still menacing as hell)

I also believe that they are showing us 4 Lu Guangs (?) from the alternative timelines where he failed, but there is a vacant seat and I don't think it's a coincidence that the broken glass is right in front of it so maybe it's a hint to a different timeline where something "breaks" and he manages to save Cheng Xiaoshi?

I know I'm probably just seeing things but yeah, I don't think that any of this is a coincidence.

I thought the last S3 PV had me fucked up with the glimpse at the potentially tragic backstory of Lu Guang, and the fact that Cheng Xiaoshi had forgotten him. But this? THIS?!

What do you mean Cheng Xiaoshi is in a photo on the brink of getting trapped in the past? And he's, bleeding out there?? LISTEN TO LU GUANG FOR ONCE AND GET OUT OF THAT PHOTO RIGHT NOW!!

This scene better end with Cheng Xiaoshi jumping out just in time and Lu Guang getting him the help he needs to be ok (maybe a little cradling Cheng Xiaoshi gently in his arms moment in the process -- platonic or otherwise -- you know, I think they/we DESERVE something like that at this point, right??)

And what the fuck is happening to Qiao Ling here??

And this isn't even getting into whatever is going on with Vein/Xia Fe/Liu Xiao/Li Tianchen (I mean, I'm sure it's all related but I can't start thinking about what they got going on yet)

This is a lot to process. Li Haoling, when I find you... At least it's not that long of a wait until... OCTOBER?!? 😩😭

How are the rest of y'all doin with this? Because I am certainly not ok...

I only watched Bridon Arc simultaneously to its release so I wouldn't know about the previous seasons but yes, it was released on Fridays and I honestly thought too that we would have to wait more for a new season, so maybe I let myself be carried away with excitement BUT something will definitely happen on February the 14th 2026!
