Just in case anyone is wondering, my schedule is short rn because I’ve been very sick lately and I’m trying to finish up some longer wips. I’m not quitting writing or anything. I know some people were concerned about that when I said I was done with Laramie, ASJ, and Bonanza, but I will probably be writing until the day I die.
Writers have two modes and they are "i haven't written in three weeks and i am rotting from the inside and everything feels wrong and i don't know who i am anymore" and "i wrote for four hours straight and forgot to eat and it's dark outside and when did that happen and i feel like a god" and there is nothing in between. no chill. no medium setting. just famine or feast and a very confused nervous system.
He dove in faster while Johnny was still making peace with the idea of getting wet. He swam farther, smoother, with less splashing and less visible effort than anyone Johnny had ever worked with. He stayed under longer than he should have, came up exactly where he needed to be, and somehow always seemed to know where the current would take him.
Johnny wasn’t sure where the stamina came from. Or the breath control. Or the fact that Roy could come out of the ocean soaked to the skin, hair plastered to his forehead, and look more relaxed than he did sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee.
But Roy was a natural.

This narrow space is used for sleeping, cooking, and even for relieving basic needs, yet it is not suitable for any of these purposes.
There is an urgent need today to secure simple materials to build a basic toilet inside or beside the tent, such as coverings, wooden boards, and insulation materials, in order to reduce this harsh situation and ensure a minimum level of human dignity.
