My Dandy’s world au
Post 1 2
Okay, so sorry this one took so long, but Teagan refused to work with me, so I decided to skip her for now until I can figure her out.
But anyways, just a quick note: 1 of the clones’ name are kind of like Easter eggs— to a different fandom.
First out of the batch, we have Fantasma, who is a clone of Connie. Her personality isn’t that much different from the original’s, though she does not prank people as much . She can often be found in the Guild.
(Don’t worry, I haven’t mentioned the Guild before.)
The Guild is what used to be Dandy’s Shop, and it’s run by a few clones as an information-gathering and item-storage area. This group manages all the information related to runs.
Each time a new clone arrives, they write down a name and number—basically who they’re a clone of and their assigned number. Once said clone has gone through their transformation and figured themselves out, they write underneath their old name their new name, a description of their new appearance, and a rough description of their personality.
Then, they think about who they would work best with. That way, when they arrange runs, they know exactly who to group together.
They also keep track of how many floors and machines were on a run, who is alive and who isn’t, and what items were found on the floors—more specifically, the ones that weren’t used and were brought back to be kept in storage.
Those items are later used and sold at what used to be Dandy’s Shop in the elevator, which members of the Guild take turns running. Unlike Dandy, the tapes required to buy things are fewer, and in emergencies, they’ll sometimes just give people items for free.
Some members of the Guild also go on runs, though not as often as the others.
Next, we have Helio, a clone of Loony. He is just as cheerful, happy, and optimistic as his original and can often be found running around and interacting with as many clones as possible.
Unlike many other clones, Helio does not work for either of the two groups that occupy what used to be Dandy's and Dyle's shops. Instead, he plays a major role in helping newly emerged clones adjust to their new reality.
He is one of the few clones who can regularly be found near the emergence area, a place most clones avoid due to the presence of cloning Vats and the fact that it only has a single exit. Helio stays there willingly so he can greet any clone that appears, help them calm down, explain what is happening, and guide them toward the right people and places for support.
To better assist others, Helio has gone out of his way to learn basic medical care. If a clone emerges frightened, misinformed, injured, or in the middle of a panic attack, he is often the first person to help them. While he is not a healer and possesses no special healing abilities, his medical knowledge allows him to treat injuries and provide emergency care when needed.
Helio rarely goes on runs, but there are occasional exceptions. Unlike most clones of the same variation, he does not act as a distractor. Instead, he focuses on gathering medical supplies and healing items, delivering them to those who need them most. If his inventory is full, he will personally guide injured clones to safety or to someone better equipped to help them.
Although he is not particularly skilled at extraction, he is excellent at locating useful supplies. During the few runs he participates in, he uses his medical knowledge to assist anyone suffering from minor or major injuries. Even when he is not on a run, he remains ready to help. If a run team returns with injured members, Helio is usually among the first to rush over and provide aid.
Despite his cheerful and friendly nature, Helio takes his responsibilities very seriously. More than anything, he wants to prevent other clones from suffering the same fate as the Twisted or the Originals. His kindness, dedication, and unwavering optimism make him one of the most trusted and dependable clones around.
Last but not least from this batch, we have Hallay . As you can probably guess, she is a clone of Yatta. like many of the other clones on this list, Hayley is not very different from her original. She is joyful, optimistic, full of energy, and absolutely loves candy.
Hayley is one of the clones who goes on the most runs. While she is not officially a member of the Guild and does not hold any management position, she is a familiar sight among them. She is almost always signing up for runs, participating in runs, or helping organize them.
She is fully aware of her limited stamina, but she makes up for it with her impressive extraction speed and overall mobility. Hallay often focuses on the machines farthest from the rest of the team so that slower clones do not have to worry about reaching them. Her speed allows her to cover large areas efficiently and keep progress moving.
Hallay also frequently serves as a backup distractor when needed. She almost always carries soda or candy in her inventory, allowing her to maintain her stamina while moving around the floor. If she notices a slower clone being chased by a Twisted while the main distractor is too far away to help, she will immediately step in. Thanks to her bright and colorful appearance, she is easy for Twisted to notice. She will deliberately run into view, draw the Twisted's attention, and lead it away from the rest of the team as quickly as possible.
Using her speed, stamina items, and knowledge of the environment, Hallay is usually able to break line of sight and escape before the situation becomes too dangerous. While many clones worry about the risks she takes, Hayley rarely shares their concerns. She constantly reassures everyone that she knows what she is doing, enjoys the work, and genuinely wants to help.
Hayley is optimistic, helpful, and determined. She believes that if she has the ability to help others, then she should use it. The dangers of a run do not discourage her. She knows the risks, accepts them, and continues to do what she does best.
