Imagine meeting Rafael Barba at a dinner party and recognizing him from your teenage years. Requested by anon. Warning: smut, young Barba, flashbacks A/n: Everything I wrote with Barba seemed out of character so I made the smut part into a flashback. So it's supposed to be how Barba acted when he was a teenager so it'll be a little different. I also really enjoyed writing this so if you dont like it please keep your comments to yourself. Thank you ♡ ~~~ You had met Rafael Barba while working. You were a defense attorney. You had convinced Lieutenant Benson that your client was innocent and she caught the real assailant. Barba was cold to you, even when you weren't in the courtroom. You thought that maybe he was just embarrassed that he nearly convicted an innocent man, but the way he treated you months later said otherwise. You had been visiting another attorney and were stuck in a 3 minute elevator ride with Me. Barba. You had greeted him and all he did was scoff at you. You hadn't known why until now. You were at a dinner party with a few work friends of yours. Apparently You and Barba had a mutual friend. Rafael's demeanor was different when he wasn't working. He wasn't outgoing and bubbly but their wasn't a serious vibe coming off of him but really jogged your memory was the smell of cheap cologne. When he wasn't working, he wore the same cologne he has been wearing since he was 16. You absolutely hated it but you remembered and understood why. He thought you were pretending to not know who he was. You went into the kitchen to poor yourself some more wine and was met with the cold glare of Rafael Barba. "You can't possibly expect me to remember you right off the bat" You spoke calmly. "Excuse me?" "I'm not oblivious to your angry glares, Rafael" You smirked slightly. "I don't know what you are talking about Miss. Y/L/N" He said. "Don't play like that Rafael. I spent that entire night smelling that terrible cologne you are absolutely obsessed with. I could recognise it anywhere" You teased. Rafael couldn't help but smile at that. "You really hate the smell?" He laughed quietly. ~ 29 years earlier ~ "Can I ask you a question?" You smiled at the boy in front of you. You had went out with a few of your girl friends but ended up spending the evening with a boy you had recognized from school named Rafael. "Sure" He smiled at you. "Why do you wear that horrid cologne?" You laughed lightly. You had been drinking early that night and when you drank you were blunt. "Excuse me? I actually like the way it smells" He laughed. "Why?" You giggled and leaned into him. "What kind of question is that?" He smiled. "You really hate the smell?" He pulled at his collar. You leaned closer to him and nodded. "But I think I could deal with it for a few more hours" You whispered. "Oh yeah?" He put his hands on your hips. You hummed in response and kissed him lightly. You turned around and started walking into the tiny studio apartment you were renting. You barely were inside but Rafael was kissing you hard. You started pulling at his shirt and he was slipping his hands up the front of your shirt. He started kissing down your neck and you were unbuttoning the front of his shirt. "I usually don't do things like this" You said in between moans. "Mhm. Me neither" He gripped your breast. "It's just - I'm going away to college" You said while pulling off your top. Rafael's eyes were trained on your chest and he nodded. His mouth darted for one of your nipples and he started sucking and nibbling on it. "Oh god" You moaned and he pulled at your hair. One of Rafael's hands wondered over to your other breast and he started playing with your other nipple. "So we're probably never going to see each other again" You moaned loudly. Rafael stiffled a laugh and looked up at you. "You're really dramatic. Did you know that?" He smirked and you blushed. "Do you want to stop?" He questioned. "No. Do you?" You asked. "Not particularly" He smirked and started kissing down your stomach. He left a trail of small purple hickeys down your abdomen. He pulled down your tiny skirt and panties. He kisses right above your core and lifted one of your legs up. You wrapped it around him and he plunged his tongue into you. You were moaning his name loudly as his tongue explored your sex curiously. His tongue was darting around feverishly until he found your clit. His tongue worked your clit hard and he started to finger you fast. ~~ You spent the rest of the night till daybreak with him. It was probably one of your best memories. You and Rafael had spent nearly 20 minutes making out outside of your apartment. "Let's go inside" He whispered against your lips. You were trying to unlock your door when you heard Rafael snickering behind you. "What?" You asked. "Last time we did this it was in a crappy apartment building. Times sure have changed" He smiled. You opened your door and smirked. "Yeah but your crappy cologne has stayed the same"
