Het ship, gay ship, straight character, gay character, trans character. WHATEVER.
At the end of the day. It’s not your series to write. It’s not your characters to morph into whatever kind of person you want them to become.
I’m so sick and tired of people spreading useless hate and negativity to people who innocently ship people together. Even tho it’s not pedophelia, abusive etc. a “fandom” is suppose to be a group of people coming together for something they love. Not bring each other down.
I don’t care what your sexuality is. You saying a character is something does not make it cannon. This is horikoshi’s story. He makes the shots, he creates the story. This is HIS creation. What you say something is.. doesn’t really matter. Saying “momo’s a lesbian” or “Todoroki is gay I don’t make the rules” is so childish. You’re idiotic if you say things like this unironically.
Headcanons are just little ideas people have. Like “what if deku was a girl” or “what if Bakugou was trans” or “what if Iida and ochako got together and had study dates.” It’s not canon.
For people like this, to come and attack a ship FOR NO REASON. Is ridiculous. There’s nothing wrong with TodoMomo. Two closely aged teenagers that are shipped together. Just like how there’s nothing wrong with KiriBaku or any other ship (that again, is not pedophelia or abusive or illegal etc). Anyone who treats people’s thoughts or things they love like this are disgusting.
Like, there are anti tags for a reason? Use those. Be courteous of your fellow fandom friends? Even if you may not agree with what they ship or headcanon. We are all apart of 1 fandom. So let’s stop being toxic assholes and just be nice to each other ok?
