Today I'm moving to my own place with my kids and we've had less than a week to prepare. If you could please wish us luck with the move as we have to complete a whole bunch in just a short. Amount of time.
Thank you for all your support, hoping to get back to this in the coming week.

3. Cruise Ship by @otakuprincess15
Ships: Adrien/MarinetteĀ
Features the entire class +Ā
7:00 AM
āWelcome to our meeting today,ā Caline Bustier greeted the crew of the Agreste cruise ship. āIām so glad you all decided to join me so early in the morning.ā
There were mostly groans in response to her cheerful voice, along with a few snores from certain crew members that were napping with their heads leaning on the tables.
āWe have some very exciting news!ā The cruise director continued. āThis week we will have our usual new guests joining the cruiseā¦ā
There were some murmurs of understanding among the crew, but nothing more as this was normal. Every time they docked, they usually had an influx of new passengers and several passengers would complete their stay.
āWe also have a new employee joining our ranks. Adrien will be arriving at 8 oāclock and will be spending the day trying out each of the various jobs on board as we check to see where he will fit in best.ā
Alya lifted a hand into the air, her head still leaning against Marinetteās shoulder. The other girl didnāt stir.
āYes, Alya?ā Caline asked.
āDonāt you normally know what job youāll have before you start?ā
A few giggles and agreeing comments could be heard from the other occupants of the staff room, but Caline quickly lifted a hand in request for quiet.
āThis is a special case. That is all you need to know. I expect you all to treat Adrien with the same respect and kindness you show to each other.ā
Alix couldnāt hold back a snort in response to that, but gave Caline a thumbs up all the same. āYou got it boss, now can we go? Iāve still gotta get set up for the senior hockey game later.ā
āDonāt you mean shuffle board?ā Kim scoffed, from behind her.
Alix jumped to her feet, jabbing a finger in his direction. āNo, I mean hockey.ā
There was a clap from the front of the room and everyoneās attention was focused back on the cruise director.
āYou all are dismissed, have a great day!ā
8:00 AM
Adrien Agreste stood at the edge of the deck. He had just boarded his father's ship, S.S. Emilie, named after his late mother. This was his first day working as a part of the family company. Technically, it was his first day working ever⦠unless you counted playing solitaire on a computer in his own office.
He was now twenty-three and he had told his father that if this was someday going to be his company, he wanted to learn it from the ground up. Well, water up.
Adrien took a step forward, pulling his bag up higher on his shoulder. Everyone in a uniform was rushing past taking care of passengers or things that needed to be done. And he was standing there in his uniform looking useless.
āDid you need some help?ā
He swung around, nearly smacking straight into the girl in front of him. She was shorter than him (most girls were), and had black hair tied in pigtails. He realized quickly that she was also wearing a uniform with the company logo on it, though a different style than his own.
āYes! Please. Iām looking for a,ā he checked the paper he was carrying in his pocket. āCaline Bustier?ā
The girl smiled and nodded. āShe should be in her office. I can take you to her. Iām Marinette.ā
They shook hands and were on their way. Down the corridor and making a left at a doorway, he found himself face to face with a door labeled āCruise Director: Caline Bustier".
āThis is your stop.ā Marinette said, she took a step back. āGood luck with everything.ā
Adrien waved, unable to fight the relieved smile from appearing on his face. Heād been worried heād spend half the day wandering the ship. Thanks to Marinette, he hadnāt.
He raised a hand and knocked on the door. This was going to be a great day.
Ā 5:00 PM
Adrien was having the worst first day ever. He sat in his cabin, staring down at the paper in his hand. Every job had been checked off. Well, every job except one.
During the day he had managed to try and effectively suck at every single job offered him by the cruise ship. Heād started up in the bridge with Max. That had been great. Max had showed him the shipās computer, Markov, and Adrien had been so very interested in learning everything he could about sailing the ship.
That is until Chloe had called. She had talked Adrien's ear off, and that had managed to get him kicked off the bridge.
The rest of his jobs hadnāt been much better.
Heād worked with Alix and Kim on activities for the passengers, but they had both proved to be a little too high energy for him to handle. He had willingly volunteered to bow out early and head to the kitchens to help the chef, Alya Cesaire, with preparing lunch. Unfortunately, that had only led to him smacking his forehead on a cabinet he had left open and getting a nice cut above his left eye.
Alya had sent him directly to the infirmary, where a kind nurse named Marc had patched him up. From there he'd gone to work with the ship's entertainment director, Nino. But that had only led to Adrien examining the cruiseās collection of CDs and subsequently managing to knock down an entire shelf of discs.
A kind, but firm suggestion that he move to his next job was given and Adrien had moved on his way. The ship's artist, Nathaniel had been all too happy for Adrien to sit and watch him paint caricatures of the passengers. Adrien had enjoyed seeing the redhead hard at work, but had inadvertently spilled a jar of paint onto the deck.
The cleaning crew had been the ones to send him on his way that time. And finally, he had been directed to the ship's gift shop/concierge station. Mylene had greeted him there. She was a cheerful and quiet girl, and had instantly seen the advantage of having someone like Adrien in the store. He was tall. He could restock some higher shelvesā items that were difficult for Mylene to reach without a step.
Adrien had been thrilled when the stocking had gone well. Half an hour later though, sheād directed him to run the register while she helped a guest sign up for a special class. When sheād returned a few minutes later, Adrien was staring at a blank screened register unsure of what exactly he had done wrong.
āItās getting late and I know you have to get up early tomorrow to help Marinette with the baking. Why donāt you go get dinner and get some rest?ā Mylene had suggested with a nervous smile.
Adrien had decided it was best to do as she said. He didnāt want to make her job any harder than he already had.
And now he sat, on his bed, feeling like a failure. Hopefully, the baking in the morning would go better. After all, Marinette had been so kind to him earlier. Maybe he would find he fit in with her.
Ā 4:12 AM
Marinette yawned again as she glanced at the clock above her station. She was already mixing her first batch of dough in her mixer, adding ingredients as she went. She didnāt know where Adrien was. He had been scheduled to arrive at 4:00. But Marinette was well-versed in the trap of oversleeping.
She just hoped he hadnāt left entirely. They werenāt scheduled to set sail until that afternoon, so if his first day had gone as badly as everyone seemed to think it had⦠he may have already disembarked. And that would be a real pity.
Especially given that she thought it was very admirable for him to want to learn his father's business from the bottom. It hadnāt taken long for her to recognize him. While Adrien Agreste looked nothing like his father, the monthly newsletter that had been emailed out to employees some time ago had shown his picture clearly next to an article entitled āThe Future of Agreste Cruise Lines: Adrien Agresteā.
Marinette shook her head with a laugh. No one else on board seemed to have put two and two together. Though, maybe that was for the best considering how Max had yelled at him.
Her head popped up suddenly at the sound of running footsteps across the hard floors of the ship deck. Suddenly, Adrien slid into view. His uniform was crooked, hair wild from sleep, and from what she could tell⦠heād forgotten to put on shoes, if his bare feet were any indicator.
He bent over, trying to catch his breath. āIā¦amā¦so sorry,ā he huffed out. āI slept through⦠my alarms.ā
Marinette couldnāt help the giggle that burst forth from her throat. This guy was supposed to be the future of the company? Did they really let him have an office?
Adrien blew at his bangs and brushed his hair back with a hand, his eyebrows furrowed in annoyed embarrassment. āI donāt see whatās so funny.ā
Marinette tried to answer but it came out in a breath with no sound attached. Instead she pointed down. He followed her gesture and blushed from the tips of his ears all the way down his neck.
āDammit. And Iām standing here like an idiot with no shoes on.ā
Marinetteās giggles subsided and she brushed off her hands before stepping around the counter to talk to him. āIf you wanted, you could go back and get your shoes. Iāll still have time to show you some things,ā she offered.
Adrien sighed. āWhatās the point? Iāll probably suck at baking too. I have the worst luck.ā
Taking a moment to turn off the bread mixer, Marinette led Adrien over to a bench that sat against the far wall. They sat, both quiet.
āI take it your first day didnāt go so well?ā she started.
Adrien snorted. āYou donāt have to pretend that everyone didnāt talk about me over dinner last night. I figured it would happen.ā
Marinette shrugged, tugging at a loose string on her apron. āI doubt theyād have said anything if they knew you were Adrien Agreste.ā She bumped his shoulder with her own.
He groaned, āYou know?ā
She nodded. āYeah. I think Iām the only one who recognized you from the newsletters though. And your secret is safe with me.ā
Adrien shook his head. āItās fine. It wonāt matter after today anyway. Iāll be packing my things after breakfast. Donāt want to risk embarrassing myself any more than I already have.ā He braced his hands against the bench and leaned his head back against the wall. Glancing at her from the side, he muttered, āIād probably wind up sinking the ship with my luck anyway.ā
Marinette stared at him for a moment. She could tell he probably didnāt have much encouragement at home. No one to help his severely lacking self-esteem.
āHere.ā She held out the bracelet that had been sitting in her apron pocket.
Adrien stared at it; eyes wide with confusion.
āItās not going to bite you. Itās a good luck charm. It should help counteract some of that bad luck youāve been having.ā When he didnāt move, Marinette faltered. Had she overstepped her boundaries? She started to pull back, but his hand shot forward and grabbed hers.
āThank you,ā he murmured. He carefully took the bracelet from her palm, and slid it onto his own wrist. And she was grateful that he was momentarily distracted as she could feel her face heating up from the contact.
āNow then,ā she said softly, āsince youāll be staying. What types of things are you good at?ā
Adrien thought for a moment, fiddling with the bracelet as he did so. āWell, Iām very good at solitaire. Practically an expert.ā He smirked and glanced her way only to find she looked unamused. He coughed, āI took Chinese in school. I was on a fencing team. Um⦠I play piano.ā He sighed.
Marinette beamed. āI have an idea. Can you meet me on deck around ten?ā
Ā 10:02 AM
Adrien made his way up on deck, careful to ensure he had brushed his hair and was actually wearing both socks and shoes this time. When he arrived, he saw Marinette waiting for him in a light pink sundress that was covered in white polkadots. She smiled as soon as their eyes met.
āGlad you could make it,ā she said. Her eyes darted to his wrist and he blushed as he realized he was still wearing the bracelet.
āLetās go. I have someone I want you to meet.ā She grabbed hold of his hand and led him down a hall to a large room. At one of the room, several people were talking and laughing and nearly everyone was holding some kind of instrument.
āHey, guys!ā Marinette called out.
Everyone looked up and Adrien suddenly felt very self-conscious. One of the people, a guy with dark hair with teal tips, stepped forward.
āHey, Marinette. Whatās up?ā
āLuka, this is Adrien.ā Marinette stepped sideways enough so that Luka and Adrien could face each other. They shook hands.
āI know you guys werenāt there for the meeting but Adrien is trying to find his place on the cruise and hasnāt really found where he fits in. I remember you mentioned you needed a keyboard player, and Adrien plays piano.ā Marinette glanced between them. āWhat do you think?ā
Adrien felt his palms sweating as Luka looked him over. āLetās see what youāve got,ā he said. Then he stepped back and turned to the rest of the band. āIvan, can you get the keyboard out? Looks like we might have a new band member.ā
Ā A half hour later, Marinette was preparing to leave the room and Adrien was being welcomed in as the newest member of Kitty Section. She tried to sneak out quietly, but Adrien saw her and darted after her, catching up to her just outside the door.
āMarinette!ā
She stopped and turned around. āY-yes?ā
Adrien stepped forward and held out the lucky charm to her. āThank you for letting me borrow this. And thank you for your help. Iād be packing my things right now if it werenāt for you.ā
Marinette reached out for the bracelet and gently pressed it back into his hand. āKeep it. Think of it as a welcome aboard gift.ā She beamed up at him. āAnd just so you know, Iām glad youāre staying. I think itāll be a lot more fun with you around.ā
Adrien slid the bracelet back onto his wrist with a smile. āYeah, I think this is going to be the most fun Iāve had in a while.ā

2. Convention
by @emerywrites
Ships: Marc/Nathaniel
Author's note: For this AU the characters are aged up to about 19, and Marc and Nathaniel did not attend school together.
It was loud, hectic, and crowded. More people than Marc had ever expected had shown up for the first ever Ladybug and Chat Noir convention. He suspected that it had to do with all of the rumors that the super heroes themselves were going to make an appearance.
He admired Ladybug and Chat Noir as much as any Parisian, but they werenāt the reason he scraped together enough money for a ticket and forced himself out of his comfort zone to attend the convention. It was a certain artist who posted his fan art of Parisās heroes on a blog. As soon as Marc had seen that Nathaniel was going to be selling his artwork at the convention, he knew he had to be there. He desperately wanted to meet the artist who had inspired him so much in the past year. But now as he stood nearby watching people walking by and admiring the art at the booths, doubts swirled within him, clouding his mind.
Was it creepy that he was attending specifically to meet Nathaniel? Would his favorite artist think him a stalker? Marc wanted to run. His eyes darted to the nearest exit and he took a step in that direction. A laugh turned his attention back to Nathanielās booth. The red-head was laughing at something a girl visiting his booth had said. His stomach fluttered at the sound. Marc shifted his weight from one foot to the other. He just had to work up the courage. Nathaniel didnāt have to know he was there only to meet him.
The minutes ticked by as Marc tried to make himself go over. Just as he took a step, a rather boisterous group of teens ran up to Nathanielās booth. Marc let out a shaky sigh. And, as if the artist could here it over his fans and the rest of the convention, Nathaniel looked up and his gaze shifted to Marc.
Marc bolted. He didnāt know why, maybe he was afraid Nathaniel would be able to tell just from looking at him what his motivations for coming to the convention were, or maybe he was just afraid of nothing⦠like he always was.
He got outside and felt himself deflate. His shoulders hunched as he wrapped his arms around himself. Other convention goers strolled past in their Ladybug and Chat Noir cosplay and holding their merch that they had purchased, completely unaware of the fool heād just made of himself.
Marc pulled out his cell phone and called his friend. She drove for a rideshare app and he hoped that she would spare a few minutes to come pick him up to save him from any further humiliation.
āWhatās up, Marc?ā Alix greeted when she answered.
āHey, could you, maybe come get me. This whole meeting Nathaniel thing isnāt working out. Iām just embarrassing myself here. Iāll pay you if you want. I just⦠I need to leave.ā
āWhat? Why? What happened? Was he a jerk to you or something?ā She sounded as if she was about to come out there just to beat up Nathaniel.
āNo!ā That would be quite the headline: āSmall, Angry Rideshare Driver Murders Up And Coming Artistā. āPlease, he would just think I was pathetic if he met me. Iād rather not put myself through that.ā
Alix sighed. āLook, man, you are a cool guy. He would be so lucky meet you. Iām sure you guys would hit it off if you just gave him a chance⦠gave yourself a chance. Nath is a great guy. I think heād really like you.ā
Marc frowned in confusion. āYou talk like you know him.ā
āWe went to school together. We lost touch after we graduated. I text him sometimes pretending to be the ghost of the goldfish he killed when he was seven.ā
āYou know him!ā Marc shouted into the phone, attracting the attention of those around him. He blushed and turned away, speaking lower. āWhy didnāt you tell me before?ā
āBecause I wanted you to do this on your own. Go talk to him. If he turns out to be a jerk now, call me back and Iāll come get you. Deal?ā
Marc didnāt see what other choice he had. āFine.ā
After hanging up with Alix, Marc procrastinated going back to Nathanielās booth. He walked around, bought a hand-made Chat Noir plush, watched the costume contest, checked out some other booths, saw some cosplayers putting on a show, and even sat on a bench to contemplate his life choices for a while.
Finally, he made his way back to Nathanielās booth⦠just in time to see him packing up. His work must have been pretty popular. There were a few other artists who were throwing Nathaniel dirty looks as he put away the one print he still had left.
Marc wanted to kick himself. He had wasted the opportunity he had to meet someone so special. He buried his face in his hands. Now, he had to call Alix and admit that he had screwed up.
āExcuse me.ā
Marc lifted his head to see⦠Nathaniel.
His heart leapt into his throat and he would have run if his feet hadnāt felt like they were glued to the floor. How was Nathaniel there, standing in front of him, talking to him?
āY-yes?ā
āI saw you earlier. You were watching my booth for a while.ā
Marc blushed and nodded.
Nathaniel let the silence stretch for a moment as if he was waiting for Marc to say more. When he didnāt, Nathaniel continued. āIf you want a print, I still have one left.ā He pulled out an art piece from his portfolio case and handed it to him. āFree of charge.ā
It was a drawing in a night setting of Ladybug sitting on the ledge of a roof, looking contemplative. It was beautiful. He wondered what Ladybug would think if she had gotten to see it. To him, it was a masterpiece.
Nathaniel rocked back on his heels and chewed his bottom lip. āDo you like it?ā
Marcās eyes flicked up to the artist then back down to the drawing. He wouldnāt be able to speak if his eyes were on Nathaniel. āI love it. The way you did her eyes is amazing. I can see the reflection of the stars sparkling.ā
He let his gaze drift back up to see Nathaniel looking away and only just turning back to him. āYouāre very talented,ā Marc managed to breathe out.
āDo you want to get dinner?ā Nathaniel blurted. āTogether, I mean. Or drinks? Or coffee would be great to.ā He rubbed the back of his neck nervously as he waited for an answer.
Marcās mouth went dry. How was it possible, that Nathaniel was asking him out? He gripped the Chat Noir plush in his hand and tried to keep his voice steady. āIād like that. Any of those⦠Any of those would be nice.ā The look of surprise on Nathanielās face threw him. Marc couldnāt imagine why he would be expected to reject someone like Nathaniel.
Marc made a split-second decision, refusing to allow himself to second guess it. He shoved the Chat Noir plush in his pocket and grabbed Nathanielās hand. āLetās go.ā
Earlierā¦
āOne second,ā Nathaniel said to the convention goers admiring his artwork. He took a few steps away and answered his ringing cell phone. He glanced at the caller ID and sighed as he answered. āHi, Alix.ā
āOkay, Nath, I sent him back in. All you have to do is turn on the charm and not screw it up.ā
āObviously he doesnāt want to talk to me.ā He glanced back at those standing at his booth. They didnāt seem too bothered that he was on the phone. āAre you sure that he likes more than just my art?ā
āOf course Iām sure, stupid,ā she said flatly. Then she continued more patiently. āIām not the kind to play matchmaker, Nath. You know that. So, canāt you just trust that if Iām making this much effort that I must seriously think you guys would be good for each other?ā
He shook his head to himself. She was right. Alix normally didnāt care about his love life. This Marc guy had to be something special if she was practically begging him to give him a chance. āFine. Iāll try.ā
āGreat! And donāt sound so put out. You said yourself when I sent you his picture that you think heās hot.ā
Nathaniel gave a huff of air that was a suppressed laugh. āOkay, okay. I have to get back to selling my art. I have to pay for food somehow.ā
So for the month of august, Emery and I will (instead of our usual posts) be participating in AU Yeah August!
Here is day 1: bed sharing prompt written by Emery (PaperAndInk). We will also be getting these up onto ao3 when we have the chance. Please be advised each day will be a separate one-shot and this series will cover a variety of ships/characters. (@auyeahaugust )
Enjoy!
1. Bed Sharing
by @emerywrites
Ships: Gabriel/Nathalie
It had been three days since Nathalie and Gabriel had become fugitives. Their miraculouses had been confiscated as soon as Ladybug and Chat Noir managed to subdue them. The shock on the heroesā faces had been a sight to behold. Chat Noir had looked ill when he laid eyes on them. Nathalie and Gabriel had fled.
Gabriel had barely spoken to her past figuring out their next move. It was a constant struggle to stay one step ahead of the authorities. It was terrifying to think that with one misstep they could be on their way to prison. Gabrielās money and status could only do so much for him and Nathalie would not have either of those luxuries.
They currently found themselves at a motel where all they had available was a single bed. Nathalie showered and changed first. Not even the hot water and steam from the shower could wash away the stress of being on the run. She put on scratchy pajama shorts and a too large t-shirt. They hadnāt had much time for shopping, nor did they have much available money. All of Gabrielās assets had been frozen and all Nathalie had was what her brother had offered her before he had asked them to leave his house and never contact him again.
Nathalie sat on the edge of the bed as she waited for Gabriel to exit the bathroom. She thought about where they could go from there. They would have to leave the country. Every path had its obstacles. Gabriel had to have some idea of where they could go. But why was he holding back? Maybe he was in shock. He was still working through the loss of having to suddenly leave everything heād known behind. Nathalie understood. It was difficult for her also. She truly cared for Emilie and Adrien. She was also leaving her own family behind.
It was twenty minutes before she heard the shower turn off and another fifteen before Gabriel finally came out. By the time he appeared, she had been beginning to worry about him.
He had on sweat pants and a t-shirt that came from the same package as the one she was wearing. He looked very unlike Gabriel Agreste. His hair was messy and unstyled, wearing clothing that came out of a plastic package, and his eyes lacked the piercing confidence that they had previously contained. He looked⦠lost.
āI⦠can sleep on the floor,ā he offered.
Nathalie shook her head. āWe can share the bed. Thereās no reason why either of us should be uncomfortable.ā
Gabriel hesitantly rounded the bed to the opposite side as Nathalie moved under the covers. He sat down and began placing the two extra pillows between them.
āYou donāt need to do that.ā
He ignored her and finished before turning off the lamp on his bedside table and sliding under the covers. He rolled onto his side, facing away from her. The walls he put between them felt more and more insurmountable with each day that passed. Nathalie reached over to touch his arm, but thought better of it and retreated. She rolled onto her side, away from him and turned off her own lamp with a click. How was she supposed to breach the boundaries he had built up?
āWhatās our next move?ā she asked as she took off her glasses and placed them on the bedside table. She heard his own glasses clatter as he did the same.
There was a long silence. She was beginning to think that she was being ignored when he hoarsely bit out, āI donāt know.ā
āWell,ā She swallowed hard and licked her lips. āWhat was your plan for if Ladybug and Chat Noir won?ā
āI never had one,ā he admitted. āI never planned for failure.ā He spit out the word venomously. The force of it made her flinch.
Nathalie rolled over to look at him. His back was still facing her, the pillows still in place. It somehow surprised her that heād never thought about what to do should they fail. But that was his constant short-coming: overconfidence. He put everything he had into everything he did. Most of the time it paid off⦠Not this time.
She let out a slow breath. It hurt to not reach out to him. Slowly-- ever so slowly-- she reached over the pillows once again. Her fingertips lightly brushed his upper arm covered by the sleeve of the t-shirt.
āGabrielā¦ā
āIāve lost everything,ā he said simply. āMy wife, my son, my miraculous, my business, my home⦠Ladybug and Chat Noir have taken all of it from me. I have nothing left.ā
Nathalie found herself at a loss. What was there to say? How could she possibly make him feel better after losing so much? Then she heard it, a sob. It was a signal that the dam was breaking. He couldnāt hold in his grief any longer.
She tossed aside the pillows between them and wrapped her arms around his chest. He was shaking with the force of each desperate sob and whimper. Nathalie clung to him tighter, as if she could physically hold him together and keep him from breaking.
āWhat is the point of going on⦠when I have nothing left?ā he asked.
āGabriel, no. You have me. You will always have me.ā
He didnāt reply.
Eventually, the sobs dissipated. His breathing evened out. Gabriel fell asleep.
Nathalie didnāt let go. She held on, praying that he would find the strength to continue on. And if he couldnāt, if he had no hope left within him, then she would have to have enough strength for the both of them. She buried her face in his shoulder and held back the tears that burned behind her eyes.
āI love you, Gabriel. I will fight for you until the end and beyond⦠no matter what.ā
The next morning, they moved on, staying one step ahead.

Welcome back to the FANDOM-sphere! This week we are back on track to air episode 3 of our podcast this Friday! For now, we'll be discussing our Character of the Week- Ivan Bruel. Ivan is Miraculousā gentle giant. He is a bit intimidating and loves loud music, but heās got a soft side to him as well. Heās Mylene's boyfriend as well as the drummer for Kitty Section. Ivan is an underrated character who once Emery and I started talking about him, we realized there are so many things about him that we love.
Letās take a moment to talk about some of Ivanās most memorable moments so far:
⢠Stoneheart ā in the origins episodes we see Ivan is the first person in Paris to become akumatized. Heās akumatized due to his crush on Mylene and some teasing from Kim. As we see him grow in the series, he seems to become a character who works hard to keep his emotions in control.
⢠Horrificator ā this is the first time we really see Ivan's soft side. It tends to come out around Mylene most. Here we see him comfort Mylene when she is scared during their filming and try to encourage her by giving her one of his pins.
⢠Pixelator ā during this episode we get to see that Ivan interacts well with his classmates. While working at Chloeās hotel, Ivan and Alix can be seen having a pillow fight in one of the rooms.
⢠Captain Hardrock ā although Ivanās role in this episode is small, it is the first time we see that he plays in a band.
Spoilers for Season 3 below:
⢠Party Crasher ā in this episode, we see that Ivan is not a good liar. He is only able to tell a story when Nino hands him a script.
Overall, Ivan is one of the purest characters in this show. He can be hotheaded but works hard to maintain control of his emotions. Weāve seen his character develop as the show goes on and he seems to be one of the most consistent characters. He is kind to everyone, gentle with Mylene, and just an all-around awesome guy. Hereās hoping we get some more Ivan in future episodes!
Thanks for joining us for our Character of the Week here at the FANDOM-sphere!
Here at FANDOM-sphere we are getting swamped in our every day lives and havenāt had much time to read fanfiction for Miraculous Ladybug. We need fanfic recommendations from you, so we can read them and make a recommendation post.
Please send any recommendations by DM or comment on Tumblr, Twitter, or Facebook.
Thanks guys! Letās give these fanfics some love!
Welcome back to the FANDOM-sphere for this week's Character of the Week! This week we are discussing one of the few classmates who is in a gray area as far as whether they are a āgood guyā or ābad guy"⦠Sabrina Raincomprix. Sabrina is the daughter of Roger Raincomprix, best friend and lackey of Chloe, and one on the ever-growing list of multi-akumatized characters.
Letās go through and talk about some of Sabrinaās most memorable moments in the show:
⢠Evillustrator ā in this episode, we see one of the only times that Sabrina goes against Chloe entirely and decides to try and be her own person. During that time she transfers her affection from Chloe to Marinette. While her obsession with her new best friend is extreme, it could be a sign of how much she desires to fit in and have someone care about her.
⢠Darkblade & Reflekta ā in both of these episodes we see Sabrina choosing to do something harmful to her other classmates in order to please Chloe. In Darkblade, she helps to steal Marinetteās diary in an effort to help Chloe win class president. In Reflekta, Sabrina locks Juleka in the girlsā bathroom in order to allow Chloe to stand beside Adrien during the class picture. Both times, Sabrina does mean things to her classmates and we see little or no remorse. As long as she can make Chloe happy, she is happy.
⢠Antibug ā Antibug is an interesting episode because Sabrina is akumatized at the beginning, but we get to see only a few moments of this. She is not the focus of the episode, merely the set up. She is akumatized because of Chloe rejecting her friendship and turned invisible.
And last (Season 3 spoilers below):
⢠Miraculer ā this is a kind of redo of Sabrina's akuma episode. I actually really loved that her reason for being akumatized wasnāt out of anger at Chloe, but instead an attempt to help both of them. She had interesting powers being able to absorb the other heroesā powers and was arguably one of the stronger akumas of the show. This episode showed her loyalty to Chloe and her desire to help and protect her friend.
Although Sabrina is far from being a good person overall, she has many good intentions and that makes for a fascinating character. Flawed and at times corrupt, but not so far gone that we canāt feel sympathy for her.

Just an update to let you know that Emery and I have both been terribly under the weather this. Life is hitting us hard. We will be back up and active here and for our next podcast episode this next week.
Welcome back to the FANDOM-sphere for this weekās fanfic recommendation! This week we are bringing you a fanfic that isnāt the usual kind of fic. Currently the story has the first two chapters up at nearly 3800 words and it is so promising.
I wasnāt sure what to expect from this ship, as it was one I had never considered, but Arttrain has found the best possible way to do it. They have used two of the best tropes: Arranged Marriage trope and enemies to friends to lovers. I am already so excited to see where this story goes, so if this sounds like something youād love to read, head on over and check it out to give some encouragement to the author. Read the summary below and then follow the link and enjoy the first couple of chapters of The Worth of a Foil!
