When Deka didn’t trust Keita because every male in her life had hurt her and betrayed her so it takes a while for her to warm up to him and then she realizes this boy won’t do that. And then when they try to give Deka her final death and Keita steps in and for a moment, Deka thinks about the men in her life who have betrayed her and she thinks Keita has turned out just like them. BUT THEn, he isn’t like that and he dismembers her at the risk of his own life? They are so cute, great reluctant partners to friends to lovers, i think.
