oh, is intervention earth ending on a cliffhanger?? straight up assumed this one was a standalone haha but i guess we ARE heading straight into enemy lines
looking at the credits for enemy lines i think i assumed they were both standalone because juliet landau is not in fact credited on enemy lines. i guess i’ll have to listen to find out how they link up!
anyway, maybe it’s just because i haven’t listened to gallifrey in a while and i’m always really fond of the world and the characters but i dug that. glad in a way that it ended on a cliffhanger because i was sitting there like. there’s no WAY that after all that careful set-up it’s going to be able to resolve things this quickly in a way that doesn’t feel cheap.

omega engineering the perfect paradox definitely ties into all the thematic stuff about history, right?
i do think having a tardis chase here is hm. not playing to the medium’s strength.
much love but lukas’s behaviour here is screaming disposable time lord #27. like he’s just not a guy whose life or death i’m particularly invested in as a listener
very disappointed they didn’t do the blibliblibliblibli contact sound effect
narvin desperately asserting that she can’t possibly have been so stupid AS romana’s tardis materialises is so funny to me. have you met her, dude???
oh omega being the narrator of the final section and describing himself as an echo, a ghost, a reminder. really neat stuff going on here.
‘i’m surprised, co-ordinator. it’s not like you to make a new friend so quickly.’
oh my god???
there surely has to be a better way in cia training to snap people out of mind control then saying ‘ace! listen to me!’
