Hey Guys!
I didn't post a workout today as you can see. Instead I wanted to float this thought by you.
We are dropping off in numbers and I just think everyone's not quite in it anymore. Entirely my fault as I have been dealing with work and life and haven't been able to give it the attention it deserves.

Week 17 Workout! Woot!
So I gather the intervals training wasn't everyone's cup of tea!
(It's hard, I know).
So we are going to try something a little different!
I found this great list of bodyweight exercises that we are going to pick from this week. Don't worry, you don't have to do all 50!
There are 5 categories: Full Body, Legs, Chest and Back, Shoulders and Arms and Core. Pick at least 2 from each category and go for it! Try for 16 reps of each! And please share with your fellow fangirls so we can see all of the combinations!
Here's mine:
Full Body: Inchworm, Mountain Climbers, Plank
Legs: Wall Sit, Clock Lunge, Pistol Squat
Chest & Back: Dolphin Push up,Supermans, Contralateral Limb Raises
Shoulders & Arms: Tricep Dips, Arm Circles
Core: L-Seat,Flutter Kick,Shoulder Bridge
Wow, now that I look at that, it's freaking me out a bit. :)
