I just need to be so so clear that whenever i write rocky like this. he is one MILLION percent taking the piss. he knows exactly what he's doing. this isn't accidental uwu baby behavior, this is a grown man (gender neutral/assigned male at grace) seeing how far he can take a gag before his human loses his marbles
