HI, I'M THE FRIEND. I'll take over the mic. Basically, when I was starting to play Cyberpunk I was very much still in the Disco hole. It pretty much never left, it seems to be back in full swing nowadays, but generally, this lead to me making my V a Kim Kitsuragi lookalike (art below is way newer, I made it especially for the AU, but just for the sake of context here he is)

A whole year later, like a timed bomb, it lead to one of us, and I for the life of me can't remember who, suggesting that the newly created Virgil (who was supposed to be Harry himself) instead became a Cyberpunk KimHarry son. I'm pretty sure it was lowri, I was just very enthusiastic about the idea and proceeded to fixate on it like a moron 🥴

The arts I made are basically props I made for an RP I'm not even writing, since all my input is either in the past (KimHarry/Disco Elysium AU portion, and I can't really influence current events because both Kim and Harry are fucking DEAD) or in the future of this particular AU lmfao.

In regards to general story beats, we settled to include both Kim and Harry being immigrants from Canada, with them meeting earlier in life, adopting Cuno when he was younger as well, deciding to turn their life around and becoming nomads. They joined the Bakkers if I recall correctly. Only Kim was a cop pre-nomadry, Harry was a gym teacher. They later decided they want another kid, which ended up being Virgil.

Life was great until it wasn't. There could be a lot of fluff filler for good 21 years here, probably, but it's all just background to SilverVirgil faggotry anyway, so what do I know shrugs. They died, Kim in a raid, Harry by his own hand not long after.
