In 1996 Skydancers created an animated series featuring five incredible dancers saving a magical kingdom through the power of dance. As a child I remember taking home the VHS with the first set of episodes and watching it over and over again! It’s not as well know but to me it shaped my art style for sure!

My personal favourite was Jade! A perfectionist ballerina who strives to be the greatest. As I’ve grown I’ve realized how much we are alike even to this day.

I actually think all fairies are fat, in their natural habitat. The Irish used iron horseshoes to protect their milk and butter stashes from fairies bc they love cream so much. Cream and berries and honey and ale, all day every day. If you see a skinny fairy she is underfed, give her some sugar water like you would a tired bumblebee 🍰
