The Late Bloomer

I find myself at crosswalks of life and emptiness. I don’t have the will to wake up every morning but I have yet to give up the will to dream, so that gives me hope that maybe all is not lost. Something might still be salvageable, but what and most importantly why?

I’m spiritual enough to know, calling the end before it’s time is immoral but what if the end doesn’t call and it’s time?

Shouldn’t there be a pass for failures who’ve come, seen and tried to conquer? When all the fight has left and all the hope has lifted does the sliver to dream keep the fire burning?

I like to believe that I am because I still dream. Deep down in my heart and somewhere far in the universe my plan has yet to unfold. I’m most probably what they call; The Late Bloomer.
