Can you explain what a 'lateral keel' and a 'lateral cusp' is in regards to the difference between a portobello shark and a mako?

In reference to this post

A lateral keel refers to a ridge along the side of the body. Porbeagle have two keels on their tail fins, while makos have only one (see images).

Lateral cusps on the teeth refer to the little “mini-teeth” on either side of the tooth. Porbeagle teeth have cusps, mako teeth do not (see images).
