Might have reblogged this before but this is so good to know.
Low- and no-impact workouts are great for plus-sized people, people with joint problems, or people who simply can’t do high-impact workouts. This workout works your entire body without straining your joints!
And dope for those living in small dorms or apartments with downstairs neighbors (no jumping). Don’t recognize the workout? YouTube is an awesome resource to teach you proper form!
I think I've hit my breaking point again. It's been months since I've been able to look at myself in the mirror and actually be happy with what I see. Life took it's toll on me and I fell off the healthy wagon. But it's time I got back on.
I gotta keep reminding myself this is an ongoing battle. A lifelong change that NEEDS to be made. I don't have a choice. Being healthy is not an option.

I've gotten as low as 170, but my current weight is around 180 something, haven't weighed myself in a while.

Want to work out with a buddy? Try some of these exercises:
Handclap plank - both starting off on the ground, raise yourselves up with one arm and slap hands, alternating each time.
V-sit side touch & pass - never declining and holding the v sit, twist and touch both sides and then pass the mediball off to your partner. Both must always twist and touch.
Mediball crunch - get your partner to stand over you and lock your feet into their legs. Crunch up, pass the mediball to them and come back down, then crunch up and grab the mediball again, repeat.
Crunch & stand - Crunch and using your core stand up, throw two punches when you reach the top, then lower yourself back down. Make sure your partner gives you a slight pull on your legs when you’re coming up!
