Today I decided to write some notes of encouragement and body positivity. My life has been ridiculous lately and I went almost 2 weeks without any alone time (I’m usually alone). I feel so strained and stressed and stretched past my capacity to handle shit. I need motivation and help refocusing so I took the initiative. My self esteem is low and instead of depending on things and other people to build me up, I need to be able to be confident in myself on my own. I’m hoping this will help me out, even a little.
