It sounds silly, but it helps SO MUCH when I get encouragement from the FITBLR community. Every like and follow feels like so much support, I feel even more pumped to exercise, treat myself well and eat healthy. Reblog if you feel the same!

On Wednesday I changed my eating habits:
diet soda
no fast food
no sweets
MORE WATER
no late night snacks.
On Sunday of last week I went to the doctor and I was at 294, I weight myself today and I'm down to 288.3.
OK WUT.
Lol, yay me.
If you've lost one pound. If you've lost a hundred pounds. If you've kicked your junk-food habit. If you've eaten a vegetable today. If you walked a block today. If you ran a mile. If you put down a glass of Coke. If you drank five glasses of water. If you've cut 1000 calories or if you've cut 100, take a second to marvel at how far you've come and how far you're able to go.
I just can't wait to see what my body looks like without all the fat. Because I know it will be like nothing I have ever seen on tumblr or in the magazines, because I will see all my hard work in those abs, and remember all the squats I did for my amazing butt. It won't just be a body, it will be a masterpiece.

I need to compile a grocery list of healthy, cheap stuff.
I have no idea what to buy because I don't like peanut butter, bananas, or yogurt. I just feel like there's nothing else to eat.
