The low carb Big Mac sauce really made the whole thing come together. ⠀ To make the salad I topped romaine lettuce with ground beef, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese and low carb Big Mac sauce. You can also add diced onion. I’m not a fan of raw onion so I browned it with the ground beef. ⠀ To make the Big Mac sauce mix 2 tablespoons of mayo with, sugar free ketchup, white vinegar, pickle juice, sweetener of your choice, paprika, and onion powder. I don’t have exact measurements for everything.
