Another week. Another loss. Slowly, slowly chipping away at this weight. I could drop my calories lower and achieve bigger losses but why bother... I would be hungry and miserable and that is not a sustainable lifestyle. My business meeting ended up running so long that we ordered some lunch while we worked. I had chicken breast and some sweet chilli sauce on my jacket potato along with a side salad and some coleslaw.
