I'm gonna be giving away this old design for my deinonychus theriotype, because I don't like it and gave up before refining it :/

I prefer to use bases to figure out color patterns before I make up my own lineart because colors is usually what I think of first when to comes to designs, as long as they're basic I suppose.

An updated chart explaining my hybrid species for my book.

I don't understand taxonomy that well because I am not very smart when it comes to science/biology stuff but I think I got it down pretty well.

To put it more simply, other animals, along with humans, evolved to accommodate for their big growing brains! This resulted in anthropomorphicism. Humans are the most evolved, being the most "equipped" for this kind of deviation..

Unfortunately I think making my oc Ray a rabbit/grasshopper hybrid fits him pretty well... because they're similar in terms of, well, they can jump good??

And idk any other bugs that fit exactly well together like that.

But the problem is that I'm severely afraid of grasshoppers and crickets ☹️ so wth....
