Mutual vulnerability and trust is sexy and makes secure relationships! If someone is vulnerable enough to share their pain with you it's a huge honor! It means someone is trusting you with something that hurts them! I've been shamed for my vulnerability in the past and if I trust you enough to share some of it then that's a big deal! Sharing pain isn't about attacking or fighting someone it's about feeling safe enough to trust someone with your burdens or a desire to connect deeper with them! It's a big deal! A relationship cannot thrive without vulnerable moments! Vulnerability is sexy! Everyone get more vulnerable!!!
