woah - 400 followers?! fuck, i don’t even know how much to thank each and every one of you for following me in the first place. seriously, this is overwhelming and so sweet and i’m super grateful. all that being said there are a few individuals who i specifically want to call out for being great.

let’s not forget that jonathan has been mentally messed up far before the events with his father. let’s not forget that he was a little boy, living a normal happy life - getting all of the love and attention from his parents and then one day that all just stopped. let’s just remember that jonathan’s father SHUT DOWN when his mother died and neglected him for a good amount of time after - and then suddenly became very overly protective of him. let’s remember that when his father was shut down after karen’s death, jonathan had to be the one to take care of his father - making sure he ate, he slept, he bathed because he was terrified of losing another parent. remember that the cranes were VERY family oriented and so jonathan never saw the point in having friends, because he had his mom and dad. so in that year when gerald shut down, jonathan was completely and utterly alone at a very young age
