A tendency I see is that the alkaline additives keep changing over time. A good example of that is the last photo below with red onion (left; red onion + vinegar, middle; plain red onion, right; red onion + baking soda). Both additives made the the red onion turn green a year ago. The alkaline has then transitioned further to a yellow colour.

The last photo shows the difference between fresh red cabbage juice and juice that has been frozen before use. There was a difference a year ago, but it's even more significant now.
Formland UP/COMING
I've been invited to exhibit my graduation project at Formland UP/GRADED in their UPCOMING section. I'm so excited!

"Scandinavia’s most inspiring trade show for design, interiors, home accessories and furniture is now called Formland UPgraded. UPgraded is about everything that is ‘up’ right now. Up at home in Denmark. Up internationally. Things that will soon be up. And, above all, knowledge and inspiration to help your sales up."
Blog post about my project at I DO ART (in danish).
Graduation 2013 - The exhibition
In collaboration with curator Martin Born, me and my fellow students used two weeks building up our graduation exhibition at Koldinghus, Kolding (Denmark).
