THEIR STORY
Felicity loves life! She loves how each day starts with a blank canvas of possibilities. Since she was a little girl, her parents nicknamed her Sunshine due to her sunny disposition. As much as she wanted a sibling to play with, that was never in the cards, and that’s completely okay! She made the most of it by making friends with kids on the playground, at school, and even in various jobs. Felicity even turned that friendly demeanor toward animals and would care for various furry friends that happened in her backyard. She dreamed of being a veterinarian, but the cost is unbearable. So, Felicity did the next best thing and accepted a receptionist position at Wizard of Paws Animal Hospital in a small city an hour away from her hometown. This job is perfect for Felicity as she wants to meet new people and still be close enough to her parents so she can drive in for weekends or holidays.
The move, which involved Felicity packing only a few boxes and a suitcase into her candy apple red 1968 VW Beetle, was quick as Felicity wanted to keep most of her things with her parents. She moved into the cutest one-bedroom apartment near work and slowly filled it with plants, artsy thrift store finds, and mismatched furniture, which sparked immediate joy when she saw it at a consignment shop. Felicity made immediate friends with a few stray kitties who came by in the evening to eat and spend time with Felicity while she sat on her tiny back patio. Now she’s been in Ashford Valley for a couple years and Felicity feels right at home. She absolutely loves spending time with her neighbors and taking part in all the fun events the community puts together.
