firstly; no, the art lu did was using the same reference as fairysilk :

(also,, lu didn’t even know fairysilk had used the same reference before they had drawn it!!)

and lu did a fame/actor au, fairysilk’s was sirius model au.

secondly; EVEN IF lu did a sirius model au, it wouldn’t be a problem whatsoever. no artist/creator owns any au or headcanon (you wouldn’t say the same about two authors drawing a coffee shop au, would you?) so theres literally no problem here.

+ “basically fairysilk’s stuff” it’s another artists work why would you say this 😭😭 similarities ≠ the same
