Currently trying to avoid spoilers on YouTube and taking a break from Twitter altogether because this fandom doesn't seem to understand that a flimsy spoiler warning really doesn't help much when getting spoiled mistakenly is as easy as accidentslly scrolling down too far. That's just Twitter by the way, people on YouTube do not give a single fuck about completely spoiling the game. I really don't remember it being that bad for chapters 3 and 4. Be better, people.
There should've been a moment post-retcon or in Beyond Canon where everybody agrees to just ignore Vriska and see what happens, like that one South Park episode where everyone ignores Cartman, to the point where he actually thinks he's dead. It could've worked really well as a small isolated story of little relevance, or even a running gag — two things I'm quite sure Vriska would hate to have her presence in the narrative be reduced to.
Was stressed, decided to draw Vriska getting stoned (Bibleways) and it actually kinda worked
I need to get used to writing lengthy rants again; every time I start writing something I always end up pausing, save it as a draft and slowly forget about it. The topic usually has already lost its relevance by the time I remember and find the motivation to finish it, and as a result, I promptly lose my motivation.
Nepeta Leijon learns Portuguese and immediately starts being ridiculously rude for no reason
????? Thanks?????? I guess?????????

I believe Goose would feel vindicated if she watched a TADC theory playlist; those people somehow manage to irritate me with their stupidity more than Deltarune theorists
I'm still not over the particular choices of lighting made by Scott for the rooms in the FNaF 1 pizzeria resulting in every part of the pizzeria having completely different tile colors — some even changing depending on how you viewed them — despite the black and white tiles presumably remaining constant across the whole place, much to the confusion of anyone who tried to recreate the building anywhere.
The inconsistency of blood colors in Homestuck is one of my biggest pet peeves. Some colors of the Hemospectrum straight-up have the wrong names, like the Makaras' "purple," which could actually be considered a shade of violet, while "violet" is closer to a generic purple. "Purple" is also bright as fuck for some reason, but not nearly as its inferior, indigo, which is brighter than every other color on the ladder. I get that trolls basically wear black all the time and are mostly shown in dark environments, so it makes sense for indigo and purple to be so bright in some shots, since they basically disappear in dark backgrounds, but they keep using the same supersaturated hues even in brighter settings and it's so distracting, especially when indigo is side-to-side with cobalt, like with the elevator in the blueblood car in Hiveswap, where you can clearly see how much darker the cobalt blue is than the indigo. Speaking of bright colors, the Vantases' "candy-red" and "rust" blood would be indistinguishable if we are to assume that every bright red we see is meant to be the same red you get from the iron in your blood, unless every carapacian and human (and mutant trolls) actually have had fluorescent blood this entire time, and Hussie never bothered to make that clear. On the subject of mutants, the addition of lime to the Hemospectrum was so confusing, not just because it's so close to olive, some people actually get the two mixed up or forget that lime exists altogether, since we haven't had a relevant lime-blooded troll up until now, but because it fucks with the lore so much, but I think that topic warrants its own rant…
Why does almost every color wheel have a ridiculous amount of intermediate orange–yellow hues?
This is actually how it happened.
I just realized, they changed the spacing between the buttons again; this looks terrible.
"Jegbert" gives me the same energy as reading file formats as they are spelled, or adding in vowels to pronounce them as a single word (e.g. ".mov" as "dot-mauve" and ".png" as "dot-pinge")
I think it's hilarious that some people genuinely sat down and theorized that Jax was an NPC; no concern as to what narrative purpose such a twist would serve, nor how that would fit into the themes of the show. Caine deleted Gummigoo and made a one-off comment about the dangers of letting player-NPC mingling go unchecked; one more wacky statement in his sea of faux, AI-generated, quirked up rambling was all it took for people to go crazy over a hypothetical plot point which was, in retrospect, completely pointless.
I wanted to draw a panel of Eridan and Feferi as wigglers, but I got bored of the idea before I could even execute it. This warmup sketch of wiggler Eri survived, though.
I don't remember who was it that planted the seed in my mind of a concerningly substantial number of White People being full-on obsessed with cuck porn, but as time went by it became clear to me that they were right, and I'm not really sure how I feel about that.
