Really wild to think about but production actually can be accomplished without slavery and labor exploitation. There are no slavery atoms or slavery DNA in the cocoa beans if you can believe it, they can actually be removed from the tree by people who are paid correctly! well i think participating in elections is a form of struggle, and with sufficient popular backing i think communist leadership can be put in place and reform the government, and that being dogmatist is is not conducivew to successful struggle,

Your "reform the government" line is almost perfect Bernsteinism from my POV. I'm sure you've read "What Is To Be Done?", so I won't really bother placing huge quotes here, but I'm really truly curious what distinguishes Maduro from Millerand. I am not contesting that Chávez made the lives of the Venezuelans better, but that itself is simply not socialism. The images I've screenshot seem incredibly vulgar. I'm honestly not even certain what is meant by "mass socialized industry", but if "socialized" means the opposite of private sector, then that's absurd. Vanguard is the worst argument here as it's entirely circular. It is socialist because it is lead by a self-described socialist party. I've just come away thinking that you cannot defend nor really explain why Venezuela is or isn't socialist, but being smug when that is the case and hostile is uncalled for and just bad practice.
