I'm not sure where you get the idea that Gackt is homophobic from. Gackt is openly bi and pro lgbt rights. He supports gay marriage in Japan, were it currently isn't legal.

I know this is outside of my usual fare, but I only realized today that the reason why Alastor does the wording of his deals so carefully and why he was so resentful towards Rosie until he was freed. It was because in Alastor’s backstory Rosie makes the deal based on the wording “complete a task for me” but the “task” is not defined thus allowing Rosie to keep Alastor on a leash because she can essentially make it to where he can never complete the required task, as it’s open-ended. Thus Alastor uses that to his advantage allowing him to break his chains by making a series of deals with Charlie and then Vox. Which is why in the finale song Alastor says to Rosie “quid pro quo it’s only fair”. He was telling her he’d beaten her at her own game. Sorry, had to get that out of my head.
