How did you do the weathering on your rhino?! It's looks so awesome. Also, what do you use as far as paint scheme? Citadel? Vallejo? I'm hoping to start my space wolves army soon, and your color is the perfect mix between blue and grey!

Hi,

Well, there are some ways to weather vehicles, I've weathered using some basic techniques because I’ve only have a little time to finish it.

Airbrushing:

Mix the old Space wolves grey and Shadow grey for the base, paint it in some thin layers.

Mix Shadow grey with some dark blue, maybe a little little bit of black. Paint the shadows of the Rhino.

Airbrush soft layers of Space wolves grey with some shadow grey on the upper parts (highlights) of the Rhino.

And now the chipping:

Paint chips with pure Space wolves grey, let it dry, mix some red+black or your reddish mix and paint over the grey chips. (note: if you paint as my rhino a yellow door, chip with a clear mix of it and after that with your “rust” mix)

Other weathering:

You can airbrush some sand tones on the lower parts and/or you can use pigments.
