This is an actual conversation I had during a bad day. PLEASE BE AWARE that there may be trigger words, misspellings, cursing, and generally icky stuff that you don’t want to hear about. This is not something that I have shared before but, although my experience of an anxiety disorder is very personal to me, I feel as if this may encourage other sufferers not to feel so ashamed of their condition. Beyond that, though, I hope that this can help put some (albeit crude) words in your mouth next time you need to explain why you can’t just “chill out”.  I would really appreciate any likes or reblogs, though I don’t expect much with my little pool of followers, it might just reach one person who needed to feel normal.
