* You wake with a start in your tiny little burrow that barely gave you breathing room. ❝Bad dreams. . .❞ * Your words shake. * You shake. ❝Go. . . AWAY.❞ * You destroy the slab roof of your burrow as you burst from the ground and crawl to your feet. Sleep just wouldn’t do.
who is in control?
* You made friends with a shopkeeper today. * You "purchased" something with "gold" for the first time since your fall to the underground. * Its called a Cinnamon Bunny. * You attempted to have a conversation with the shopkeeper, but making words has never come naturally for you. So it was short. * You have a Cinnamon Bunny.
Howdy!

* You’ve asserted your residence in the underground by building a small hut. Small enough for a child like you to crawl into and be warm. * Its literally a burrow in the ground shrouded by a tipi of long, flat rocks.
Small ref to get by with while I'm without my art programs.
* You assert yourself on two legs. * It’s a much tougher task than it proves to be. * But you eventually walk like a klutz right out of that buttercup bed. * Your allergies were driving you mad. * . . . * Where are you, though?

❝ Clever. Verrrryyy clever. You think your really smart don’t you? In this world, it’s kill or be killed. So you were able to play by your own rules. You spared the life of a single person. Hee hee hee… I bet you feel really great. You didn’t kill anyone this time. But what will you do if you meet a relentless killer? You’ll die and you’ll die and you’ll die. Until you tire of trying. What will you do then? Will you kill out of frustration? Or will you give up entirely on this world… And let ME inherit the power to control it?
I AM THE PRINCE OF THIS WORLD’S FUTURE.
Don’t worry, my little monarch, my plan isn’t regicide. This is so much more interesting. ❞

From the wild
[ @come-have-a-bad-time ] It was scary. Being weightless. If only for a few seconds. She flailed every limb until she landed in a thick bed of buttercups with a plume of yellow pedals. She quickly sat upright, pollen and pedals decorating matted, unwashed, voluminous, short, black-brown hair with a thick silver streak running through the front of it, starting at her roots. Her face was dirty, smeared with dirt and other filth, but beyond that was a glowing countenance blessed with big, muted green eyes. Her clothes, however… Her clothes were a different story. She was literally dressed in rags. It was as if she’d found an empty potato sack and found a way to wear it. Which wasn’t an entirely absurd idea. That was the just of her attire. A barely held together dress of sorts. She scrambled to all fours and eyeballed the vicinity with big green orbs. Then she looked down at the buttercups and snorted. A little bug of a pause, before she sneezed a sneeze powerful enough to throw her back onto her rear. She was not pleased about discovering allergies.
The cave she had fallen in was large and completely dark, making it impossible to see very far. There were shapes in the shadows, though it was likely they were stalagmites and stalactites. But what she didn’t see was a pair of white dots watching her from a distance. They stayed away, but kept a careful watch on her.
The first thing she did when she got back up again is look up from the hole she fell through. It was hardly noticeable on the surface, covered with debris like a trap. She growled and jumped with all her might up toward the hole, but in the end she only tripped and fell back into the flowers again. Soon, she asserted herself again on all fours, maneuvering carefully out of the buttercups so not to trigger any more allergies. She wobbled to her feet and looked around. Maybe she could stack boulders somehow and climb back out of the hole.
